Having mixed, immeasurable rays fill the body, emanating from the pores, pervading all of space. Everything becomes the nature of the five dakinis or the Wisdom Empowerment Mother. All of that dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Oneself transforms into the Dharma Source, the Naga King coiled, together with the four Lotus Goddesses, merging into the Wisdom Empowerment Mother. That also merges into the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A). The A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) letter also gradually shrinks, becoming the form of Nada. That is also gradually purified into emptiness. Meditate repeatedly on that. That is one cycle of focus. Again, like before, in the state of luminosity, meditate on bliss and emptiness for a long time. Then, without being interrupted by other thoughts, clearly visualize the outer and inner forms as before. After that, strongly train the idea that all of that is like an illusion of appearance and emptiness. Again, as before, having gathered, train to arise as the deity form. At all times, constantly train the idea of being like an illusion. In all session breaks, also do not separate from that appearance. Secondly, from the small letters of the completion stage of the Ngog lineage, it is called "The Oral Instruction of the Stupa Vase without Characteristics." Although it is named and explained like this, the term "without characteristics" is not obtained. In general, it is indeed related to the stupa vase. Dividing this, there are: seizing dreams, training, recognizing in dreams, knowing it to be like an illusion, mixing dreams with sleep, making five sections. First, visualize a red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) in the center of the eight-petaled lotus at the throat, and Anuttara on the four petals of the directions. The light of the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) letter gradually gathers the four letters, combining with the four appearances. This only comes about through remembering during sleep. Second, train the intention that you must meditate on that focus even in dreams. This will cause you to meditate on the focus in dreams. Third, train the intention that tonight you must recognize the dream as a dream, so that at that time you will also recognize it in the dream. Fourth, for people with sharp faculties, it is not necessary, it will happen spontaneously. For those with dull faculties, rely on that very focus to train the idea of being like an illusion. That is, train the intention that tonight you must also learn to recognize the absence of truth in the dream, so that it will happen in the same way in the dream. Fifth, although this section is summarized, the bardo

It is needed in the instructions on illusion. Therefore, our own tradition has two instructions that come from this very tantra, as mentioned briefly above during the context of Vanu's completion stage. Meditate on the visualization of nectar descending on the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) which is named as a stupa, at the throat or secret place, and train the intention of dreams, because the throat and secret place are the places of dreams, so it is needed here. In the actual instructions of Vanu, these two places are not the main ones, but rather the heart. The second type of visualization is taught from the fourth chapter of the "Discriminating" section, from "With the form of true view" to "The union of the realm of Dharma." 11-574 First, accumulate the accumulations of merit and wisdom like a sadhana. In emptiness, on a lotus moon, one's own mind is a white syllable A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). From that, the appearance of a rainbow-like body arises. From its navel downwards, it melts, half is the square foundation of a stupa, half is one square tier, or from within that, four tiers divided into sections. Except for the spine, the entire body is a bell, which is the actual stupa now known as a vase, shaped like an overturned bowl, or earth shaped like a bell. The neck and head are closed. Leaving out the lower three vertebrae, the eighteen vertebrae are eighteen umbrellas. The central channel or main channel is the life force. The skull becomes a rain cover. Furthermore, two square tiers are the world beneath the earth, the vase is the world above the earth, the "bre" is the world of the gods of the desire realm, the seventeen or eighteen umbrellas are the seventeen or eighteen realms of the form realm, and the life force is the formless realm, thus understanding purity. Then, one's own body becomes a white stupa, made of the nature of pure, clear, white light. In the place of its vase, in the center of the eight-petaled lotus, there is a white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) blazing with light. From below the vase to the middle of the tier, there are four Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables with their feet curved outwards, and their heads facing inwards, in the shape of a bent head. That is, the head of the letter is high and the end is low. Above the gathering of the four head circles, there is a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable with its head facing upwards. The foot curve and head circle of the Hūṃ syllable, etc., resemble the shape of an iron hook.
