It is realization. This is the appearance of the single-wheel tummo. Furthermore, in the center of the body, the avadhuti nadi (Tibetan: རྩ་ཨ་བ་དྷུ་ཏཱི་) has an eight-petaled lotus open in the heart. Within the central channel, visualize the nadi knot like a cow's hoof. In its center, contemplate a bindu of mixed wind and mind. On the right is a black Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), and on the left is a red Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). From the black, the wind stirs; from the red, the fire blazes. Passing through the path of the central channel, it reaches the crown of the head. The bindu of the crown melts into bodhicitta, dissolving into the bindu of mixed wind and mind in the heart. This is the tummo of the second wheel. According to the great letter of Ngokpa's instructions, the inner instruction is said to be the essence of the water-tree spike, which is the same as this point. If it is considered the essence of the water-tree flower, on the left side of the central channel, in the manner of a branch, the heart's water-tree flower faces downward and is raised upward. On the open stamen, in the center of the mirror-like white bindu, visualize a Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) like a reflection. On its right and left are two red Hūṃs (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Then, generate fire and so on, and as the stream of nectar dissolves into the bindu, visualize both the bindu and the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) radiating brilliantly. It is said that by practicing in this way, a separation will occur in the heart, and because the nectar within the central channel flows down from above, it is uncomfortable, so one must practice like a flower drawing water. But in reality, this is a cow's hoof, not a water-tree spike, so that separation is unnecessary. Again, within the central channel, in the heart is a red Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). In the throat is a red A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Directly in front of the eyebrows is a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). In the Brahma aperture is a white Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Haṃ). Fire arises from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Piercing through A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), touching Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Haṃ), the stream of nectar descends. Filling the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) and A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), visualize it dissolving into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) in the heart. This is the tummo that relies on the four chakras—heart, throat, eyebrows, and crown—excluding the navel chakra. Furthermore, the inside of the heart is empty, and the head is like the inside of a smokehouse, empty, and the inside of the eyebrows, called the path of the bindu, is empty. By visualizing the rotation of bindus and balls of light, as well as the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) and so on, it is also considered that correct wisdom can arise. ༈ The fire practice of the branch of Banu's instructions. Secondly, from the second chapter of the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "From then on, the various actions of fire," and so on, are explained.

Thus, it is called the Five-Fire Offering. Above the wheel of the secret place, a red triangular Dharma source, with a yellow (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Directly below the navel, the Dragon King coils. Above, Tummo with A-shad. Above that, directly above the navel, in the center and four directions of the red eight-petaled lotus, the seats of the sun. In the center, Yeshe Wangchukma, the nature of the space element. In the east, Vajra Dakini, the nature of the water element. In the north, Dragmo Dakini, the nature of the fire element. In the west, Rolang Dakini, the nature of the wind element. In the south, Tummo Dakini, the nature of the earth element. Their body colors are as described in the sadhana, or all of them can be visualized as red, solely with the nature of being blessed by the fire of Tummo. The two hands hold khatvanga and skull blood. Above the five sun mandalas. In the center of the five fire masses, they reside separately. In this small writing of the old Nyingma oral instructions, the main deity faces the direction of one's own spine. Therefore, the east is also said to be the direction behind. Examining the reason for this, in the case of external fire offering, it seems that nothing else is combined except for the intelligence of the deity of skillful means facing oneself. Therefore, in our own tradition, at this time and in all that follows, the east is identified as one's own front. Then, on each of the two soles of the feet, one (Tibetan: ཡུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: युं, Sanskrit Romanization: yuṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yong) syllable. Then, the wind rises, gathering at the trijunction. Rubbing against the (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable inside the Dharma source, fire blazes from it, passing through the coiled Dragon King. Mixing with A-shad, it blazes even more, burning from outside the navel lotus, so that the five deities are like residing in a fire tent of Tummo. Its heat and light fill and melt all the channels and places. Those gathered in the eighteen places are again drawn to the crown of the head, gathering into one bindu at the crown of the head, or visualizing the (Tibetan: ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हि, Sanskrit Romanization: hi, Chinese literal meaning: Hi) syllable and thinking of gathering into it. From that, a stream of nectar descends, dissolving into the bodies of the five goddesses of the navel, one should believe that body and mind are filled with bliss. Here, in the large writing of the Ngokpa oral instructions, the stream of nectar descending from the crown of the head passes through the uvula's nipple, filling the hoof of the heart's bull, in the navel.
