The so-called "knowing" is what is known only by the Bhagavan (bcom ldan 'das). It is said that because it is a non-discriminating mind, and the characteristics of elaboration are not clear, and it cannot be expressed, this is the meaning that only the Buddha can know the true nature. The so-called "yoga is truly in accordance with sleep" is like when falling asleep, the coarse discriminations gradually cease. When wisdom arises, it also ceases in the same way. In the realm of yoga where skillful means and wisdom are inseparable, all minds and mental factors faint and are like falling asleep. This is truly in accordance with this characteristic. Secondly, the life force and the effort force winds are bound and restrained by placing the mind in the central channel. If you meditate in this way, the fierce fire will quickly burn in that instant. This is bound by the order of the wind entering the central channel, staying, and dissolving. If someone thinks that "the names and meanings of the three, entering, staying, and dissolving, were all established later in Tibet," then they only see the words of the oral instructions held by their own school, and lack experience, and are also impoverished because they have not seen the tantras, scriptures, and oral instructions. This lineage is said to be the same in all old and new oral instructions, and it is because it has been accomplished by the yogis of the completion stage who have experienced it in the three times. For the time being, leaving aside other things, in the aspect of this tantra, there are also the tantra commentary of the Black Practitioner and the commentary on Suchness by the Good Goer, quoting the teachings of the tantra: "Going, coming, and staying, with a slow order, from the direction of the manifestation of the peaceful fruit, and then going without self-nature." The last three lines of this verse respectively indicate entering, staying, and dissolving. In the connection of Suchness, it is said: "When the yogi learns slowly in each moment in the order of going, coming, and staying, then at that time he will completely enter into peace." As it is said, entering, if one becomes the enterer, then the life force and the breath will cease, this is staying. After those two cease, they will also go to the state of no things, this is dissolving. Thus, the dissolving is explained very clearly. The meaning of no things is within the central channel.

, "english_translation": "The wind vanishes. Similarly, the great accomplished Kukuripa also said in the extensive practice method: "Entering, abiding, and releasing outwards, slowly and calmly, not going elsewhere." The "slowly" spoken of is entering the central channel, and "not going elsewhere" is abiding in the central channel. In the concise practice method, it says: "Having entered there, five or eight signs will appear, then the clear light will abide." Thus, the aspects of the wind dissolving are extensively explained. Therefore, because the three of entering, abiding, and dissolving precede it, fierce fire blazes, and when the wisdom of the dissolving Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable arises from it, it can symbolize the bliss of self-nature. And the place where such wisdom arises is produced from pressing the key points on the Vajra body. Among them, if according to the function of the wind, it is the wind with conceptual thoughts; if according to the function of the bindu, it is the Bodhicitta in the throat; what does not flow is the wind without conceptual thoughts and the non-flowing Bodhicitta. The seven worlds are the four chakras and the Vajra Jewel, the space between the eyebrows, and the knot at the back of the neck, these seven. All the worlds make use of the functions of these channels, winds, and bindus, therefore, even if it is practice, because the key points are not pressed, it is not the realization of that wisdom. Or, regarding flowing and non-flowing, etc., the seven worlds encompassed by flowing and non-flowing, namely the four elements, space, consciousness, and the objects of the Dharma realm, beings make use of them, but they do not understand their self-nature, and it is also explained for the sake of understanding this meaning. Among them, the flowing is consciousness and a part of the Dharma realm, the mental events, and the others are non-flowing. The meaning of "if," etc., is that even if the key points are not pressed, it is possible to realize wisdom, then the play of beings, Samsara, will become empty. Therefore, the meaning of "etc." is that when the wind dissolves and the three wisdoms arise, the conceptual thoughts of the eighty self-natures will not be clear, and when tolerance is gradually obtained, the manifest will cease, becoming letters, that is, the winds that have become the mount of the three appearances also dissolve and disappear, and from this, one can obtain the wisdom or clear light that is the realm of activity only for the Buddhas.
