Abandoning existence and non-existence is also its benefit. The first letter is twofold: the first of speech is ༀ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), and the first of vowels is ཨ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). According to the oral instructions, the long 'a' can also be distinguished, but the length and distinction are only achieved later. The root letter is the first vowel itself. Exhalation refers to exhaling outwards and inhaling inwards, both of which are applicable. Exhaling outwards is the single breath of the letter ༀ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), which touches the 'a' at the heart, the 'u' relying on the right side of the throat, and the convolutions of the brain at the crown of the head, thus producing the sound of ༀ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om). By reciting it, these knots of the channels will be untied, and through the gradual dissolution of the elements, a special wisdom will also arise. When the breath comes inwards, it goes into the secret place, and because it relies on the left side of the throat, it produces the sound of the letter 'a'. When it touches the 'a' at the heart, it becomes long, and because it meets the downward-moving 'ha' and the lifeless in the secret place, it is distinguished. The air above the throat is 'u', and the downward-moving 'ha' is completely gathered in the indestructible bindu at the heart, which is ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). It is said that from there, luminous wisdom arises. In this tantra, the vajra recitation of each element is not mentioned. Although the differences in air, color, shape, and size exist in the postural methods of the body, they are not needed when a yogi meditates, because all can be purified by the recitation of air and mantra being inseparable. This is the concise intention. Secondly, it is the recitation of the near-heart mantra. The term "just thinking" refers to the meaning of speed, or an excellent word used by those who are very familiar with yoga in their work. It also means that it can be accomplished just by thinking. The supreme yoginis are the dakinis of the five families. By stimulating their minds, they will grant accomplishments. Mentioning dakinis also refers to glorious Heruka. Since ༀ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) and ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) are clearly shown in the first letter, etc., some believe that inserting their respective seed syllables or names in between, such as ༀ hrīḥ hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ह्रीः हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ hrīḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Hrih Hum), is a combination of the two truths. However, according to the oral instructions, the noun represents consonants, and the non-noun represents vowels. Since it exists in the essence of 'a', the consonant itself is also...

Nala. Since it is not a vowel with a tsek-drak (a type of Tibetan punctuation), it is Āḥ. Therefore, because it is said to be three mantra syllables, it is considered necessary to repeat them three times. Moreover, regarding this method of practice, from the Indian Sanskrit text written by the great master Atisha, it is seen that Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā, etc., were also repeated five times. Because it is the mantra of wrathful deities, it appears to be very excellent. When repeating three times, repeating the name is also acceptable, repeating the seed syllable is also acceptable. The seed syllables also vary according to the wishes of individual teachers, such as Oṃ Hūṃ Traṃ Hrīḥ Āḥ, and Bhrūṃ Aṃ Jriṃ Khaṃ Hūṃ, and Oṃ Hūṃ Svā Ā Hā, etc., which are appropriate for the five ḍākinīs. For glorious Heruka, Hrīḥ and Hūṃ are always the preferred choice. For example, Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ, Oṃ Āḥ Śrī Heruka Hūṃ, these are the main ones. Oṃ Āḥ Svā Hūṃ, Oṃ Āḥ Taṃ Hūṃ, Oṃ Āḥ Aṃ Hūṃ, Oṃ Āḥ Ratna Ḍākinī Hūṃ, these are the mantras of the Ratna Ḍākinī. From the instructions, the two are combined, and for the goddesses, the seed syllable of the main deity is repeated in a way that the two, method and wisdom, are inseparable. This is the intention of the great siddha Kukkuripa himself. Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ, this is the main one. For the five ḍākinīs, Oṃ Buddha Ḍākinī Āḥ Hrīḥ Hūṃ, etc., are recited. The words about exhaling and inhaling here are combined with the cessation recitation. When holding the breath, one should recite as much as possible. When exhaling and inhaling are necessary, they are combined with the two syllables Oṃ and Hūṃ. Second, is the greatness of permissive allowance, and the explanation of the actual meaning. First, like this, in this unsurpassable vehicle, when the mind is extremely focused internally, whether it is the two stages or focusing on the mantra, or focusing internally, it is all acceptable. In the stage of the completion stage, for the yogi, there is no mention of austerities of body and speech such as bathing and cleanliness, nor are rosaries and mantras recited verbally, nor are external fire offerings and alms-giving, etc., with attire or symbols, considered, because these will turn from one to the other.
