于处所证悟之利益者，即是真实之智慧， 此乃成办三界一切成就之明咒，即是咒语。明（藏文：རིག་པ་）之梵语为：毕地耶（梵文天城体：विद्यै，梵文罗马拟音：Vidyai，汉语字面意思：明），说是具有阴性符号，意为是天女之明咒。 此真实之明咒，乃是能圆满赐予所欲之果，世间与出世间一切成就。任何修行者，仅对此道理善为了解，即能成为修行者之自在主，并且能通达与知晓一切世俗谛与胜义谛之法。 此外，诸天之主尊们，以及财神，即是夜叉之主尊，还有大力之乾闼婆们，以及非为宝藏之主之普通夜叉们，还有塔香热等阿修罗，以及包括人类在内之众生们，以及其他任何仅以明咒就能成办一切所需者，成办一切义利等等之持明者们，以及属于畜生道类，具有圆满之色身、受用与神变之非人，以及大腹行，即是龙王们，以及属于饿鬼道类之罗刹，以及食肉者，即是常行游荡之鬼怪们，以及其他任何事物，所有这些都能对该修行者发号施令，并且以赐予一切所欲之方式而成就，如是若能证悟此真实性，则即使不修持彼等也能成就，是此之意。同样也会聚集而来。何者耶？即是一切普通之生灵们，以及摩羯等水中所生者，以及虎等陆地所生者亦是。如龟足与多姆比嘿汝嘎一般。 第二者，对于生起次第稍微稳固，咒语之力量成就，若从本尊处获得允许，则也宣说修持彼等之方式。大梵天等之天神，以及顶髻妙女等天女之娼妓们，则以紫檀木为像。藏巴拉（梵文天城体：जम्भल，梵文罗马拟音：Jambhala，汉语字面意思：藏巴拉）等财神则以黄金，乾闼婆们则以旃檀，普通夜叉则以布画，人则以蜂蜡，持明者

The benefit of realizing in the place is the true wisdom. This is the knowledge-mantra that accomplishes all the attainments of the three realms, which is the mantra. The Sanskrit word for knowledge (Tibetan: རིག་པ་) is: Vidyai (Sanskrit Devanagari: विद्यै, Sanskrit Romanization: Vidyai, Chinese literal meaning: knowledge), which is said to have a feminine sign, meaning it is the knowledge-mantra of the goddess. This true knowledge-mantra is the one that perfectly bestows the desired fruits, all the attainments of the world and beyond. Any practitioner, just by understanding this principle well, can become the sovereign of the practitioner, and can understand and know all the laws of the conventional truth and the ultimate truth. In addition, the chief deities, and the wealth deities, that is, the chief of the Yakshas, and the powerful Gandharvas, and the ordinary Yakshas who are not the lords of treasures, and the Asuras such as Tagshang Ris, and the beings including humans, and anyone else who can accomplish all needs only with knowledge-mantras, the Vidyadharas who accomplish all meanings and benefits, and those belonging to the animal realm, the non-humans who possess perfect form, enjoyment, and magical powers, and the great belly walkers, that is, the dragon kings, and the Rakshasas belonging to the hungry ghost realm, and the flesh-eaters, that is, the wandering ghosts, and anything else, all of these can command the practitioner, and be accomplished by bestowing all desires, if one can realize this truth, then even without practicing them, it will be accomplished, that is the meaning. Similarly, they will gather. Who is it? That is, all ordinary beings, and those born from water such as Makara, and those born from land such as tigers. Like the turtle foot and Dombi Heruka. Secondly, if the generation stage is slightly stable, the power of the mantra is accomplished, and if permission is obtained from the Yidam deity, then the method of practicing them is also explained. The gods such as Brahma, and the prostitutes of the goddesses such as Tilottama, are made into images with sandalwood. Wealth deities such as Zambhala (Sanskrit Devanagari: जम्भल, Sanskrit Romanization: Jambhala, Chinese literal meaning: Zambhala) are made of gold, Gandharvas are made of sandalwood, ordinary Yakshas are made of cloth paintings, humans are made of beeswax, Vidyadharas.
