Me 11-104 If you have attained the accomplishment of all the Tathagatas, what need is there to mention other accomplishments? One should generate such Vajra Wisdom, and should not speak of your great mandala in front of those who have not seen it, child, you will break your vows. Thus it is said. O glorious Heruka, now you, have truly entered my heart. If this principle is spoken, it will immediately split and depart. Thus it is said. This is your vow Vajra, if this principle is spoken to anyone, it will shatter your head. Thus it is said. This is your hell water, if the vow is broken, it will burn, if the vow is kept, it will be accomplished, by this Vajra nectar water. Om Pancamrita Udataka Thah Thah Thah (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Thus, taste the inner offering or vase water. From now on, child, your glorious Heruka is me, I say do this, you must do it. Also, do not despise me, if you do, you will die without abandoning suffering, and after death you will fall into the great sentient being hell. As an offering for requesting the descent of wisdom, offer a mandala. May all the Tathagatas bless you. Please, glorious Heruka, descend upon me. Three times. Below one's own two feet, the wind mandala, a blue crescent moon, marked with banners. On the soles of both feet, there is a green letter Jha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). In the heart, Lam (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) transforms into the earth mandala, a yellow square, marked with a crossed vajra, its center is Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). In this heart essence mandala, I shall initiate disciples. The order of the divine lineage, and likewise, the order of merit. Whichever vessel the lineage becomes, whatever merit there is in this, may it be so in this mandala. Pray thus three times. Homage and praise to the Wrathful Vajra, (praise with these and others). [Homage and praise to the Ignorant Vajra. Avaricious Vajra, I beseech you. Lustful Vajra, protect me. All great minds and jealousies, supreme samaya of all Vajras, accomplisher of all actions, may all Vajra-holders please me.] Praise thus. Om Pratīccha Vajra Ho (藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् प्रतीच्छ वज्र हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pratīccha vajra ho，汉语字面意思：Om, Receive Vajra, Ho). Om Pratīccha Gṛhṇa Stāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् प्रतीच्छ गृह्ण स्ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pratīccha gṛhṇa stāṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Receive, Take, Stam). Imam Sattva Mahābala (藏文，梵文天城体：इमं सत्त्व महाबल，梵文罗马拟音：imaṃ sattva mahābala，汉语字面意思：This being great power). Vajrasattva, now, strive to open your eyes. Look at this excellent mandala. Now, generate great faith. You are also born into the Buddha lineage. Protect all the vows, and also strive in the mantras. Look, look, great being. Wherever the flower falls, that is your Heruka. Say thus. Om, great mandala of the Vajra, in the mandala I enter. Om, great yoga mandala, today I see the mandala. Om, great secret mandala, in the mandala I empower. Samaya Ho (藏文，梵文天城体：समय हो，梵文罗马拟音：samaya ho，汉语字面意思：Samaya, Ho). Offer a mandala as the fee for requesting the Vajra disciple's empowerment. Bodhi Vajra Buddha, etc., say this three times. On the east side of the mandala, on the empowerment dais, upon a jeweled throne supported by lions, transform yourself into the body of the Bhagavan Heruka. Above, hang a dharma banner, to the right an umbrella, to the left a victory banner. All around, surround with conches, as well as great drums, pennants, and garlands of flowers, etc., with inconceivable arrays of offerings.
