Dwelling on a corpse seat, adorned with a crown of five dry skulls. From this point onward, it is similar to the Heruka of body or speech. The mantra to be recited is: Oṃ kiṭi kiṭi vajra hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. This is also a type of torma mantra. Thus, at this time of the three Herukas, it is the extensive realization. It is the time of the sadhana of the Mind Pleasing Vajra, which is the sixth. The seventh, the time of the intermediate sadhana of the three Herukas. Now, desiring to meditate on the intermediate realization of those three Herukas. From all sentient beings being happy, to phaṭ svāhā. Within that, there is a lotus, sun, and human corpse seat. At one's own heart, from raṃ arises a sun disc, upon which is hūṃ. From that arises a black nine-pronged vajra, marked with hūṃ. That completely transforms, and one's self is named Glorious Heruka. The three Herukas of body, speech, and mind, whichever is appropriate, visualize clearly as before. At one's own heart, from being similar to oneself to hūṃ. In the eyes, from moṃ arises ignorance, adorned with four vajras that are completely pure and immovable. Offer with offering water, foot washing water, flowers, etc. Praise as before. [The rest is the same as before.] At the time of the torma offering, it is sufficient to offer to all nine deities. If one wishes to offer only to the main deity, then omit the words of the nine deities and the torma mantras of the goddesses. The time of the intermediate sadhana of the three Herukas, which is the seventh. The eighth, the time of the abbreviated sadhana of the three Herukas. Desiring to meditate on the abbreviated practice, after the four immeasurables, purify with emptiness by śūnyatā. From within emptiness, one's own mind in the form of hūṃ completely transforms, and one's self is named Glorious Heruka, arising as any one of the three. At one's own heart, to hūṃ. At the forehead is oṃ, at the throat is āḥ, at the heart is hūṃ. From one's own heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom being into the sky in front. Vajrasamājaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ. The rest is the same as at the intermediate time. Thus, in both the intermediate and abbreviated practices, it is not necessary to meditate on the retinue of deities. These three Herukas, their color is like a blue lotus, or like the color of blue and sunlight. It is clear that either the blue or the purplish-black color mentioned is sufficient, whichever one prefers. Likewise, for those who perform dance postures, at the heart of the corpse or the deity's seat.

It is also acceptable to use the sun and moon as cushions. For the principal Heruka, Gauri and others can be placed on the threshold. For the Selfless Mother, a single layer of lotus petals can be arranged, and Gauri and others can also be placed on the deity banner. This is the eighth chapter, a compilation of the methods for practicing the three Herukas. Chapter Nine: The Stage of Accomplishment Practice Now, the practice of the Completion Stage will be explained. As it says, "Expelling leads to downfall," etc., exhaling the breath is with sweat at the end, drawing in and filling with binding inhalation, remaining in union is with vase-like retention, and eliminating the union of male and female. These should be well-learned with postures. This is the subtle union. The yoga of bindu is tummo. Clearly visualize the three channels and four chakras according to the instructions. That is, the navel chakra is white, the heart chakra is black, the throat chakra is red, and the crown chakra is green, or various colors, or a mixture of white, red, and black. In the center, visualize in order ཨཱཾ་(Tibetan, 唵,oṃ,perfection), ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan, 吽,hūṃ,subjugation), ༀ་(Tibetan, 嗡,oṃ,illumination), ཧཾ་(Tibetan, 恒,haṃ,I), with colors of reddish-yellow, bluish-green, red, and white with a reddish tinge. Arouse bliss with the downward-clearing wind, and rely on the union of male and female winds with vase-like retention. Focus the mind on the other three chakras for each hour, and for nine hours, focus on the syllable ཨཱཾ་(Tibetan, 唵,oṃ,perfection)at the navel chakra. If you cannot maintain that long, then practice according to the duration of time. From there, learn the burning and dripping within the central channel, which is similar to the common practice. If you wish to practice the condensed tummo, then in the center of the navel, within the white dharma origin, settle on the short red syllable ཨ་(Tibetan, 阿,ā,unborn), which is the special feature. These are the samaya mudras. During the breaks between sessions, regard all appearances as illusory deity forms, and repeatedly enhance the experience of practicing the samaya mudras. When all appearances become an aid to bliss, clarity, or emptiness, then that experience should be cultivated, which is the dharma mudra. Relying on the consort visualized in the mind, or on actual consorts such as lotus-holders, and through the power of the support, method can also arise. Recognize the co-emergent wisdom, and settle on the bliss-emptiness experience that arises from it, which is the karma mudra. These
