Then seize, coming from the left nostril, dissolving into one's own heart, visualize being hooked by the wind of breath. Recite "Oṃ Hūṃ So-and-so Ākarṣaya Hūṃ Hriḥ Jaḥ (ༀ་ཧཱུཾ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲི་ཛཿ,oṃ hūṃ che ge mo ā karṣa ya hūṃ hriḥ jaḥ)", which is the means of hooking. Also, from AU (ༀ་,au), the black earth-walking mother becomes extremely agitated, in the heart is GHU. Oṃ GHU Svāhā (ༀ་གྷུ་སྭཱཧཱ།,oṃ ghu svāhā). After practicing this, draw the wheel like spreading plague on rotten cloth or human skin. Write GHU in place of BUṂ. Mix that with soil from the footprints of the one to be subdued and ashes from burning corpses, make an image and place it in the heart. Pierce it with poison, blood, and sharp thorns, wrap it with corpse hair, and place it in a pit. Perform it like a general fierce action, reciting "Oṃ GHU So-and-so Mārāya GHU Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (ༀ་གྷུ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་གྷུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།,oṃ ghu che ge mo mārāya ghu hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ)", and repeatedly strike it with fierce substances. If the sign of the hooked one being separated from the deity is clearly seen, then combine it with the application of the vajra fire needle and recite fiercely, and they will be killed. If it is not accomplished, then place it inside a skull cup and bury it in a cemetery, and it will be accomplished. This wheel can also be applied to causing rain, spreading plague, and controlling those who are extremely intoxicated. Similarly, when practicing Kurukulle, with the four immeasurables, emptiness, and protective wheel as preliminaries, apply the ritual described earlier in the context of the three Herukas, and recite "Oṃ Kurukulle Hrīḥ Svāhā (ༀ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱ།,oṃ kuru kulle hrīḥ svāhā)". After practicing this, in the center of the wheel, write Hrīḥ So-and-so Ākarṣaya Hrīḥ Jaḥ (ཧྲཱིཿཆྒཻ་མོ་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ཡ་ཧྲཱི་ཛཿ,hrīḥ chge mo ā karṣa ya hrīḥ jaḥ), on the eight petals write Kurukulle Hrīḥ Svāhā (ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱ།,kuru kulle hrīḥ svāhā), and around the perimeter write Hrīḥ Jaḥ (ཧྲཱིཿཛཿ,hrīḥ jaḥ). Practice as described in the context of subjugation and attraction, and these will be accomplished without obstruction, and this is also the method for accomplishing all actions. The wheel for expelling a city: In the center of the wheel, write the mantra with the name, on the eight petals write eight letters, each letter surrounded by a mantra. Around the center, write a string of yogini mantras, on the first circle write the root mantra, on the second circle write vowels, on the third circle write consonants, and on the fourth circle write the exhortation mantra. Make many of these, stack them on top of each other in a skull cup, and practice in the manner of expelling or separating, and the city will be expelled.
