The way to know the proximate cause. What is the cause of the fruit? It is the real and the imputed. The real is the great Vajradhara. The imputed are the illusory body and the beings of union. These two are the wisdom bodies with and without defilements, called Vidyadharas and Rainbow Body, but are not within the three realms. What are the twelve similes of the Vajra body? Illusion, water moon, eye disease, mirage, dream, echo of a rock, optical illusion, city of gandharvas, rainbow, lightning, water bubble, reflection in a mirror. What is a Vidyadhara? This has seven characteristics: abiding in samadhi, possessing five superknowledges, performing the benefit of going to various buddhafields, without attachment or clinging, enjoying great bliss in limitless desires, transcending the limits of lifespan, and the mind-made body. Here, what is the difference between a Vidyadhara and a wisdom body? Only the wisdom body is when the food of the aggregates has not been exhausted. When it is exhausted by karma or samadhi, then it is called the wisdom body of a Vidyadhara. All Vidyadharas also possess sixteen qualities, that is, two sets of eight. What are the qualities of union? There are eight tastes, eight powers, seven unions, and what are called eight qualities: permanence and no affliction, coolness and oneness, bliss and stainlessness, joy and agreeableness. Power over body and power over speech, likewise also power over mind, miraculous pervasive and abiding power, doing as one wishes and eight qualities. Perfect enjoyment and union, great bliss without inherent existence, filled with compassion, continuous and without cessation, subtle form, light touch, pervasive and truly attained, extremely clear manifestation, power and transformation as desired. Furthermore, the aspects conducive to enlightenment and the immeasurable, the ten powers and the ten strengths, the ten knowledges and the eighteen unshared qualities, fearlessness and freedom from afflictions, knowing from aspiration and great compassion, exhaustion and subjugation, liberation, etc., should also be explained, but those are...

It is just as it arises from the rules of the three pitakas. In this pitaka, too, it speaks of correct names and so on. What is the kaya? Dharma kaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Mahasukha kaya, sixteen kayas, and so on, and the four aspects of the Vajra are fully manifested. What is the Dharma kaya? It is the nature of Suchness. What is the Sambhogakaya? The seven limbs of union reach the ultimate, becoming the perfect enjoyer of all dharmas. This is also the symbolic and the meaning. The symbolic is what is directly perceived by the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. The meaning is the wisdom of the Buddhas alone, which is not visible to sentient beings. What is the Nirmanakaya? It is the symbolic and the meaning. The symbolic is also visible to some individuals. The meaning is the wisdom of the Bhagavan's accomplishment of activities, the great compassion. What is the Sahajakaya? It is the nature of sentient beings, great bliss, possessing eight tastes, and is free from elaboration in the ultimate truth, which is called the Dharma kaya. The eight powers should be understood to be included in the four kayas. What are the sixteen kayas? These four are divided by mind, speech, body, and wisdom, so there are sixteen. The purification of wind, dust, semen, and consciousness, the absence of suffering and the torment of origination, the liberation of sentient beings by the Vajra compassion, and the nature of the great bliss union. That is, non-duality, immovability, impartiality, desire, supreme immutability, great attachment, the exhaustion of existence and non-existence, wisdom, mind, Samantabhadra, absence of afflictions, great afflictions, co-emergence, holding the Bodhicitta, the Kalachakra Vajra, and the yoga of skillful means and wisdom. Alternatively, equality, abandoning the two appearances of the mind's form, spontaneously accomplished activities, and abandoning habitual tendencies, these are the meanings of the four kayas. Here, verses are also spoken: The Nirmanakaya is speech, mind, and body, wisdom is a single combination, the Sambhoga
