First. Similarly, combining them, the second is the immovable one from viewing the assembly of fears, the third is the one who possesses loving-kindness but has no arising of actions, who is frightened upon hearing and retreats from everything, and the fourth is the one who abides in the qualities of practice but clings to self and mine. The one with light guarding the precepts, the precepts are called, in whom there is no self, no belonging to self, no action, no non-action, not an actor, no actor, a goer, a non-goer, a good doer, no good doer, from non-name and form onwards, no support and also not no support, not praising one's own precepts, not being arrogant with precepts, not thinking about precepts, etc., are said to be in accordance. However, the intention of the sutra is also stated by Chandrakirti: "Because that is the view of the nature of precepts, therefore that is the unchanging of precepts, therefore that is always all three, the object of the two graspers is truly separated." And, "By the precepts without arrogance," as such, if the three spheres are not fixated upon and are complete, then the meaning of the precepts becoming pure is merely shown. Here, the precepts are the precepts without outflows, that is, showing the non-duality of bliss and emptiness, therefore there is a distinction that is not common. Thus, as previously explained, desire and so on are without inherent existence, that itself is emptiness, and is one in essence with the Dharmakaya. Here, the meaning of without inherent existence is also like, for example, the inherent existence or reality of desire is unpleasant and non-existent, desire itself is without inherent existence, and what is non-existent in reality, only the part that appears in it, appearing as desire and so on, that itself is the meaning of without inherent existence, and one should not understand that it and its without inherent existence are different. That also, if established in name, then it is also, but if examined, it is the without inherent existence that is not found, so it must be established as without inherent existence, but in reality, it is without inherent existence, so there is no need to establish it. Thus, when one knows the non-existent as non-existent, even if hundreds of thousands of appearances of attachment, hatred, and so on arise, at the moment of arising, one sees that its nature is empty.

Therefore, the delusion along with the changing mind completely disappears. If the mind is unchanging in this way, it also arises from the way of the pāramitā. That itself is the unchanging bliss, how could it become the uncommon aspect of the Secret Mantra? To that, one should say this: Haven't we heard the repeated praises of bliss and emptiness? Those that are common have been shown as common, and those that are uncommon will also be spoken and explained, however, the meaning of the words is: Until the duration of immutability, possessing the relationship of the support and the supported, after obtaining the immutability of the mind, the relationship of the support and the supported is no more. Like this, the body is also a manifestation of the mind, and when immutability is obtained, the appearance of the support and the supported as distinct ceases, therefore it is very important to realize the state of the unchanging mind. Therefore, it is not said that the body obtains immutability. In that case, as previously stated, that immutability itself is the indivisible and of the same taste as the vajra body. That unchanging mind is not merely the cessation of suffering, but the nature of the three doors of bliss that are manifest, uncontaminated, and of the same taste. And the method for accomplishing it is the Mahāmudrā, by binding the dharma of the body, the bindu, as non-leaking, therefore the body and mind are of the same taste, becoming unchanging bliss. Because it is the uncommon cause, the bliss of the Buddha is also called the bliss of the unchanging bindu, which is the same in form as bliss and emptiness, and the obscuration to manifesting it is, distinguishing the obscuration of knowledge, the seed of the habitual patterns of mistaking the nature of the mind as suffering, is a subtle part of the appearance of the dualistic grasping of the grasper and the grasped, other paths cannot destroy it, because only the samādhi like a vajra with the aspect of the co-emergent two being of the same taste can destroy it. Moreover, from the very beginning of that tantra, there are also vast methods, in the sutras it says: the bliss of perfect enlightenment and the pāramitā of supreme bliss, and in the treatises it also says: the nature of the mind is the aggregates, that is because the cause is reversed, it is bliss itself. Thus, mind and body, and reversed by the habitual patterns of ignorance.
