Because, for you, not knowing what is and is not the place does not exist in your own nature. If it is not established, it would follow that you are tainted by the obscurations and faults of not knowing what is and is not the place. If you think that this is not pervasive, then it would follow that animals are not tainted by the obscurations of not knowing what is and is not the place. Because not knowing what is and is not the place, one cannot understand its obscurations. Because there is nothing more than not knowing what is and is not the place that can be established as the obscuration of not knowing what is and is not the place. Therefore, there is nothing to say. In this way, whatever is not understood, whatever necessity is not accomplished, whatever meaning is not accomplished, whatever is not established, and whatever does not possess good qualities, are all faults. Once one is free from all faults, one must be free from all of these. Once one returns from not understanding, one understands. Once one returns from not accomplishing, one accomplishes. Once one returns from not possessing, is it not possessing? If it is not these, then returning from these will not be established either. Therefore, that which is originally free from all faults is established as originally possessing all qualities. Therefore, the Tathagata has spoken of this principle in all dharmas in various ways, but in Tibet, except for the wise men of the glorious Jonangpa, even other very famous wise men have not realized it, so how can the debaters wandering in the streets and the foolish people who claim to be practitioners realize it? Even in India, the supreme wise and accomplished ones realized and explained it, but the ordinary accomplished ones and the ordinary sutra and tantra panditas did not realize it. Therefore, Kunkhyen Dolpopa, without relying on others, clearly elucidated the Buddha Dharma of infinite definitive meaning, such as the words of the Tathagatagarbha possessing qualities, by the power of his own wisdom. He is none other than the reincarnation of Shakyamuni Buddha. I have said too much. The second point is: In the external realm, analyzing the arising, one enters into emptiness and non-emptiness. In the middle of emptiness and non-emptiness, alas, the deluded one sees nothing. The co-emergent, the only one, is itself. This is to say that in the first verse, Vairocana says: Analyze the arising of the external realm and enter into emptiness and non-emptiness.

The explanation is easy to understand. That is, the various objects of the external world appear to the mind as external objects, but through the investigation and analysis of correct wisdom, those that appear are dependent 10-123 because of the various phenomena that appear in interdependence, they also enter into non-emptiness. And self- nature is not established anywhere, so it also enters into emptiness. Here, the term "external" does not only mean the meaning of the external, but includes all imputed [nominal] dharmas, because these also appear from outside the mind that establishes them. Therefore, the forms of the apprehended are all inseparable from appearance. If there is no external, the apprehended form is not established, and if that is not established, the apprehending form is also not established, because the apprehending form is only the nature of the apprehended form. Just as there is no sesame oil without sesame. For example, if eight ornaments are made of gold, then the substance of gold itself located in that place is similar to the apprehending form, and the earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc., as parts of the ornaments, are the apprehended form, that is, one mind itself is only the recognition of its own nature as the apprehending form, and is established as the apprehended form through the way of appearing various phenomena. Therefore, since these two are the same thing, there should be no distinction between true and false. However, imputed things cannot function, but only the mind can function. Among them, by appearing various phenomena, it can function as cause and effect, and only self-awareness can function as the basis of both cause and effect. This is only the nature of consciousness, not the appearance of non-conceptual wisdom, nor the appearance of wisdom that examines the ultimate truth. Some who claim to be Madhyamikas, using the snake of the rope making people panic, and the mind in dreams experiencing happiness and suffering, etc., as reasons, think that in the mistaken appearance, it is only able to function, and those inverted appearances also have it, but in the ultimate truth, even only consciousness cannot function, so there is no difference between these two in being able to function and not being able to function. Saying this is also taking the unexamined rough reason as 10-124 a refutation, so it is meaningless. Why? The snake of the rope makes people
