are the basis for the practice of the four bodies. The external one, which is ordinary wisdom arising from listening and thinking, although focused on the nature of reality, even the signs of the path are difficult to arise quickly. Ordinary meditation arising from analysis and settling, although it is easy for signs to arise, does not realize it as it is. If one enters through the signless, generally one can realize it as it is, but if it is not connected with great bliss, it will be obstructed for a long time, while the object possessing great bliss will quickly realize it. Therefore, on the basis of the uncontaminated mind, from the basic time, all the elaborations of grasping are in the form of pacification. Moreover, what abides as naturally co-emergent is the close-taking cause of the mind (ཐུགས།) dharmakaya. My field of appearance, the wind mounted by the mind, the dharma of the body, the part of appearance, the signs and examples, etc., that are in accordance with it are in the form of the sambhogakaya. The sutras say that the rupakaya with complete signs and examples exists in sentient beings, which also refers to this. This close-taking cause of the rupakaya and the four practices originally exist in oneself. Through the order of the senses, recognizing the self-nature of the order, it becomes better and better, and thus manifests. In the ultimate truth, although there is no samsara and defilement, 10-88 but without examination, from the perspective of illusion, the functions of both bondage and liberation are not contradictory, and there is no fault of striving on the path [多]. It is indeed true, but it arises from the desire of ignorance. It is like this. In the alaya, there are two aspects, namely consciousness and wisdom. In the aspect of wisdom, the part of the unchanging four drops abides, whose nature is stainless and inexhaustible, which is the basis for the practice of the four bodies, and is the actual buddha-nature. This nature is unchanging, from the beginningless time until the time of buddhahood, good or bad and appearances, etc., are not different in each moment, which will never happen. Moreover, there is no obstruction or destruction of the path, etc., therefore it is indestructible. The third is that, just by existing, defilements arise, and the alaya-consciousness is mixed like gold and verdigris in an indistinguishable way, which is coarser than the former, and the nature can be distinguished. The basis or support of defilements, etc., in the changing four drops on top of this defiled subtle consciousness, temporarily illusions such as the habitual tendencies of the basis will arise. This is also called indestructible and imperishable, and is the place of co-emergent obscurations and habitual tendencies of ignorance. Therefore, just like in the case of defilement, as it is said, it is indestructible.

Due to the power of karma, dualistic appearances arise from my illness, Where subtle winds of grasping and being grasped arise. Conditioned by this, slightly subtle winds, numbering ten, are formed. Then, due to the grossest arising and dissolving, various cycles of suffering arise. When the illness flares up, due to the conceptual thoughts of grasping and being grasped, various realms and beings are formed by various karmas and afflictions. The wind ignites the fire, and from that, sixteen joys arise. At the end of its co-emergence, it declines, and the manner of distributing the stains of the three poisons has been explained before. In particular, in the state of ignorance, one is deluded by the four inversions and the self-nature of grasping and being grasped, and arrogant ignorance arises. From then on, 10-89 From the beginning of action until the time of old age and death at the end of the three realms, the subtle and gross gradually dissolve. The water of "Hum" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown melts the fire at the navel, and the gross gathering of semen and blood bindu dissolves there, abandoning the gross eight qualities, leaving only the subtle, and then merging back into the gross. Here, if one asks whether the alaya-jnana is self-established or not, here is the view of the lama: The great Brahmin said, "All are of equal taste and self-nature, the wisdom of thought is unsurpassed. Yesterday is the same as today, but tomorrow is different. People desire things to arise perfectly and completely. Alas! Like filling a cupped hand with water, one does not perceive the decline like leakage. Doing what should be done and not doing what should be done, if one can definitely realize, there will be no bondage and liberation." It is like saying that yesterday's mind has become better today, like not perceiving the water filling the cupped hand leaking away. Therefore, by observing time, it is determined by separation of one and other, and it cannot be endured by reason, so it is said to be without self-nature. The Tibetan wise teacher also said, "Even the Buddha himself is not." It seems to be in accordance with this. Instructions on Practicing the Path. Third, instructions on practicing the path. The root of the path is the instruction on immovability, the essence of the path is the instruction on union, the ultimate of the path is the instruction on the proximate cause, the condition of the path is the instruction on independence, and the nature of the path is the instruction on rootlessness, there are five. The first, the cause of immovability, the actual immovability, and its result, there are three, the first is: small independence, craving for desirable qualities.
