The moon and the A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A) with a tsek-drak (a dot with a hook) are the red rays of the Kalachakra on the right. The sun and the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) are simultaneous sounds, and Rahu is the nature of darkness. The left is the outer generation stage, and the right is the inner completion stage, and they are very consistent. In general, the completion stages should be practiced as they are. First, the yoga practice should be consistent with the flow of the channels, so that the accidental impurities of the base gradually decrease. Eventually, one will meet the best of the four dharmas, the original ground, and the path, and thus obtain the fruit of increasing qualities. Therefore, it is a lot of nonsense to think that Vajra recitation is just practicing the channels, or that one cannot practice vase breathing at first, or that if one does not practice the channels, Vajra recitation is like slapping the water with empty hands. The reasons will not be explained in detail, but will be explained later. Therefore, as it is said, "The moon, the sun, A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A), etc., and Ka (Tibetan: ཀ, Devanagari: क, Romanized Sanskrit: ka, Literal Chinese meaning: Ka), etc., move in three ways, and are the vajra of the body, etc." Here, A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A) and I (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: इ, Romanized Sanskrit: i, Literal Chinese meaning: I) are melodies. A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A) is the moon on the left, Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), and A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: A) is the sun wind on the right. The middle is the simultaneous flow of Rahu and the nature of the bindu, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). This is the essence of the mantra, so says Hadipa. Second, like this, the practice of the wind entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel does not involve other complicated mantra recitations and ritual practices. The three, rising, entering, and abiding, should be combined into one. The nature of the wind is abiding, that is, dissolving into emptiness, and should be maintained in this way. Vajra recitation first involves the wind abiding, and eventually it will dissolve. The three, rising, entering, and abiding, are practiced in accordance with the fact that the sound of the secret mantra of the three letters has existed from the beginning. There are three types of Vajra recitation practice. The function is the lotus, that is, to pierce and untie the knots of the eight chakra centers, to travel back and forth through the channel of the central channel, and finally to dissolve into each chakra center, stopping the back and forth movement, which is very wonderful, so it is called A Ho He. So, how does it dissolve into the central channel, and how does it become the sound of the three letters? There is much to say about this, but it must be understood from both the extensive and concise methods. In short, the core is: the core.

The Life of the Breath 10-73 The wind, with the sound of the letter A, goes to the place of the ascending sound of the letter U in the throat, and becomes O. Like the letter A to the letter U, it is like "O O." When it is connected with the wind that pervades the crown chakra, it becomes a dizziness, so it is Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), which is going out. When the A of the heart comes in, the upward movement also becomes the sound of A, and becomes similar. When it is connected with the downward-clearing Ha without life, it becomes cut off and becomes the sound of Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah). When it stays, it touches the downward-clearing Ha without life, and the upward-moving indestructible bindu of U, and becomes Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Meditate as if it exists at the base time. For example, when the bamboo tube is blocked, insert a long tube in and out repeatedly to clear it. Similarly, the knots can be destroyed by the coming and going of recitation. This internal mantra recitation should be known in detail in the Vajra Garland. The truth of the Vajra recitation mantra is also complete in meaning for those with vase empowerment. The second is: "He E Dza" (Tibetan: ཧེ྅ཛཱི་) means calling "How wonderful!" Knowing this, the life of the high heavens and the downward-clearing nature of the sun below the earth, and the essence of the wind of the moon, when all the winds are clear and absorbed in the bindu in the center of the sky of the navel chakra of the Duti, the happiness obtained from this is beyond comparison with other ordinary activities and actions. This is not present in other samadhis. When the wind and mind stop and the wisdom free from elaboration arises, at the same time, the darkness of ignorance stops. The meditation on bliss and emptiness of the wind dissolving in the Duti is the essence of all instructions, and I have taught it. As it is said, "Life is completely absorbed in the bindu, destroying the movement of both, holding the single-pointed hero." As it is said. Life is connected with Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ham) of the crown chakra, so it is the moon. It is connected with the downward-clearing Tummo, so it is observed as the sun. The central bindu of each chakra, especially the indestructible bindu of the navel chakra and the heart, 10-74 Dissolving in the bindu is holding. Third, following the memory is the time when the life downward movement has already become one. At the time of holding, the subtle and coarse elements gradually dissolve in order, and this generates great melting bliss. The appearance that arises from this is the state of possessing all perfections.
