Like the illusion manifested by an illusionist, it shows that samsara has no beginning and no end. Just as the depths of the ocean cannot be moved even by strong winds, and there is no wavering at all, the nature of mind, in the appearance of grasping and being grasped, is disturbed and mixed by conceptual thoughts, but the mind never arises in the nature of that defilement. Here, it is shown that the mind is not the two of grasper and grasped, just as in the illusion of a magic show, it only appears as horses, cows, etc. by the power of dependent origination, but it is not established in its essence. The two of grasper and grasped are also only the appearance of the dependent origination of the mind, and not outside the mind. Who can see the essence established in the external environment? Who has not seen it? It shows that there is nothing else outside the mind. Just as the clear beryl of a precious gem is naturally bright, the mind itself always, at all times, and from the beginning, abides in the nature of clarity. Just as without the movement of the wind, the waves of the ocean do not arise, the dualistic appearance does not arise except from habitual tendencies. These show that the two of grasper and grasped are the appearance of the mind and are without self-nature. Thus, the great Brahmin said: One seed gives rise to two trees, from that cause there is one fruit, that is also inseparable, it is the mind of a hero, by this one is liberated from samsara and nirvana. The two trees of grasper and grasped are also just the illusory appearance of the mind disturbed by habitual tendencies. The root seed is the only mind, therefore, the fruit is also only the non-dual appearance. That mind of non-dual appearance, and the happiness of the subject and the emptiness of the object, are only different in name, and there is no difference in essence. By thinking and meditating in this way, one will be liberated from the extremes of existence and peace. Again, on the other hand, such a mind has no edge or center, that is, there is no birth, cessation, or abiding in its essence, and it also shows no self-nature. Just as things bound by ropes become tighter when pulled, if one clings to bliss and emptiness, the mind falls into the rope of change, and becomes like being pulled, so that the habitual tendencies become more firm. Also, like bowing to a naga, that is, a snake, although it appears as bowing, its nature is naturally liberated.

As it abides, the mind appearing like desire with the bliss of emptiness and union is self-liberation from the very moment bliss arises. Not only that, it is also more powerful than anything else in destroying what should be abandoned, ignorance. Marveling at this principle, one says "Ara," and then says "May Gobicandra be victorious," as mentioned before. Just as a water wave is not different from water and has never been seen anywhere else, all of the base, path, and result are likewise emptiness, and there is nothing else. Having obtained a slight manifestation of the mind's natural luminosity, what is the use of definitive knowledge examined by conceptual thought? One should enter in a non-conceptual manner. 10-60 Third, although the mind's continuum is understood as great bliss, non-conceptual emptiness, freedom from extremes, and the union of dependent arising, what is the use of accomplishing Buddhahood in one lifetime with that? If it is not accomplished, what need is there to mention temporary emptinesses? Thus, as it is said in the Kalachakra: "Whatever changes in an instant and is accomplished separate from distinctions, without movement, without attachment. Having abandoned the activity of becoming a Buddha, what other bliss-decay and cotton-emptiness does one meditate on? With that, the Buddhas of many billions of kalpas and the innate bliss are also distant." So it is said. However, if one clings to mere bliss devoid of wisdom and emptiness, then like an animal, one only seeks sensual pleasure, and does not see the truth of that very thing. Here, when bliss arises, the mind arises with bliss, and everything that appears is nourished by it, so it appears as one taste. On top of that, the nature of all fixations dissolving as they appear is not seen anywhere, which is the pure principle of the union of bliss and emptiness. And as a means to that, cultivating the definitive understanding that refutes the grasping at the marks of elaboration, the two selves, which are to be refuted, on top of the basis of refutation, bliss, which arises from thought and meditation, can also become a means, but it is not necessary for all beings in every way. Here, some people mix bliss with non-conceptuality and the view of listening and thinking, making it a teaching instruction unique to them. And there are those who speak of experience and write it down.
