It is not necessary, and if various types of consciousness are gathered together, they will also be included in the consciousness of non-understanding. However, it becomes a great method for manifesting yoga, which is due to the specialty of being skilled in methods. Sixteenth, if the realm of one's own body, that is, all the channels and essences, dissolve into the central channel and move, then that is the mother of non-thought. The central channel devours the movement of the sun on the right and the movement of the moon on the left, so the luminosity in which the duality of grasper and grasped dissolves. In the sky, which is free from the changing factors of sun, moon, darkness, etc., luminosity like the dawn appears. Furthermore, there are also explanations of the mother of non-thought as the bindu in the heart, the solar and lunar bindus, the white and red essences, the indestructible wind of non-thought, and the three appearances of sun, moon, and appearance. Seventeenth, having completely abandoned the thinking of the subject and all things that are to be thought of as objects, one does not think about whether things are existent or non-existent, whether they are two or not two, or any notions of permanence or annihilation. One also does not think, "Do not think." As it is said. Just as the great Brahmin said: "Having completely abandoned thought and what is to be thought, how should one abide like a young child? If one strives with diligence and respect for the words of the guru, there is no doubt that co-emergent wisdom will arise." Like this, it is the practice of bliss and emptiness without discrimination when luminosity arises. However, some learned scholars say that at this time, one should explain and practice the reasoning that objects and subjects are different entities, as well as the refutation of the four extremes, permanence, and annihilation. Eighteenth, being free from attachment to objects, that is to say, if one does not guide the melting bliss with the bliss of the five senses as previously explained, one will not be able to manifest co-emergent wisdom, so one must completely abandon it. The bliss of desire that is not combined with emptiness will generate all the faults of suffering, such as birth in samsara, as previously explained. Or, being free from attachment to objects is said to be abandoning them because one sees the faults of objects. Nineteenth, having transcended the first three joys and the three appearances, all the signs of conceptual thought have disappeared, so one does not pay attention. Having transcended the five consciousnesses, mental factors, formations, perceptions, ignorance, afflicted mind, and their retinue, one should recognize the great bliss of self-nature arising in the fourth moment. The general meaning of the twentieth is: of the body

The state of affairs, the state of mind, and the common state of body and mind. Firstly, the face, hands, hair, nails, and other subtle particles with obstruction are the coarse body. Abiding is the channels, moving is the wind, and arranging is the white and red bodhicitta, which are subtle. The wind and five rays of light that ride on the three appearances, and especially the innate wind or the indestructible wind, the mount of clear light, is the extremely subtle body. Secondly, the five sense consciousnesses are the coarse mind, while the mind and mental factors are subtle. The four appearances, the four joys, and especially the clear light, the basis of all, are extremely subtle. Thirdly, in general, the ten objects, the ten aggregates and elements, and the five wisdoms, making twenty-five coarse ones; the three appearances are subtle; and the eighty natures are included. The extremely subtle is the clear light mount. In detail, the twenty-five, such as earth and water, are combined into five sets of five characteristics, and the latter of the five sets is more subtle than the former. The three appearances are also extremely subtle, with the latter being more subtle than the former. The mount depends on the subtle mind even more than the qualities of the body. The aggregates, elements, realms, faculties, and consciousnesses are also more subtle in the latter than in the former. When the coarse is obvious, the subtle is not clearly visible. If the coarse is not dissolved, the subtle will not manifest. The subtle is taken as the proximate cause to create the coarse. As it is said: The four, such as earth, and likewise the four emptinesses, are the cause of arising and ceasing. Know these eight things. The extremely subtle clear light wind mount itself is the cause of all appearances of things. The meaning of the limbs is twofold: the way the inner subtle dissolves and the way the outer coarse dissolves. The first is water, that is, the (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ha) syllable of the crown chakra descends from the root and reaches the heart. Similarly, fire is the red part of the navel chakra, earth is the downward-moving wind, and wind is the life-sustaining wind, which gradually dissolve from one to the other and reverse. These are the ways in which the subtle elements dissolve. Also, when space dissolves into consciousness, first the (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ha) syllable of the crown chakra, the water element, dissolves completely and reaches the heart, the wisdom of appearance arises. The essence of the red part obtained from the mother from the navel chakra reaches the heart without any remainder and meets the white part.
