Semen and blood are the manifestations of two changes, and they are both included in these two. As for where to focus on, it is the veins of the chakras and the places where the thirty-two veins flow into. The most important of these are located in the four chakras, especially the indestructible one in the heart, the tummo in the navel, and the Hum syllable in the crown chakra. Therefore, even if you focus on the navel and the crown chakra, you must eventually dissolve into the heart chakra. Therefore, the most important of all are the veins, winds, and bindus of the heart chakra. As it is said in the Abhisamayalankara: In the center, the various consciousnesses are manifested, the supreme wisdom is through the aspects of consciousness, through extremely practicing and becoming familiar, there is no doubt that it will blaze in this. The liberated bindu is also like that, that clear indestructible bindu body, as small as a mustard seed, with thousands of rays of light blazing and dripping, always resides in the center of the heart, looking at it gives rise to great wisdom, in a moment of yoga practice, there is no doubt that it will blaze in this. Secondly, the wind dissolves into the central channel. As soon as it dissolves, the tummo blazes in the central channel, and from this, the bliss of melting the white element arises. As soon as it arises, the co-emergent wind abides in its own place, so the mind is in a state of emptiness without self-nature, entering non-discrimination, which is called bliss and non-discrimination. As the yogini Cina-ta said: For example, when the dense clouds that cover the surface of the sky become certain, just as one does not know where they have gone. Likewise, this wind originally flows without interruption, but when it dissolves in this way, by obtaining supreme cessation and satisfaction, it will not go anywhere. The co-emergent wind abides in its own place, is liberated from the collection of discriminations, and makes the mind satisfied by the nature of emptiness, just as something is born. Therefore, in this samsara, having previously become accustomed to continuously practicing great compassion, one obtains the cause for benefiting infinite sentient beings. Therefore, the suchness of the manifestation of things is established. The great Brahmin also said: Eating and drinking and giving both, one rejoices, constantly and repeatedly filling the wheel. With such a dharma

The other world will eventually be accomplished, stepping on the head of the ignorant world and passing away. Where wind and mind do not move, and the sun and moon do not enter. The ignorant ones exhale their minds there. Indicate all the instructions with an arrow and pass away. It is said. The supreme accomplishment depends on the innate bliss, which in turn depends on the absorption into the life-sustaining dūtī. Therefore, it is said in the Ocean of Dakinis: Avadhūti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) the wind of life, relying on yoginis such as pigs, etc. If not relying, the winds of life, the accomplishment will not be clear. It is said. Here, practicing in each chakra, the way the winds gather and enter the central channel, as well as the way of dwelling and the way of absorption, are different. The bliss-emptiness led by it also has various sizes. Third, due to the cause of melting, the feeling of special bliss arises in the wheel of body consciousness, which is called coarse melting bliss. By being taken by it, the feeling of special bliss arises in the wheel of mind consciousness, and by it, it arises as the nature of wisdom bliss, which is called subtle melting bliss. When it arises, it symbolizes the self-nature of the ground consciousness, such as clear light bliss, in a general way. Finally, by combining that melting bliss with emptiness, when bliss arises, one can take emptiness as the object. By familiarizing oneself with bliss-emptiness, the defilements of the mind are purified, and the innate self-nature is manifested. Fifth, from the initial attainment of the innate nature of the actual path, it is the beginning of holding the heat of the path of joining. Therefore, the yoga of subtle bindu, after reaching the ultimate union of calm and insight, all the paths of the two stages before obtaining the actual melting bliss must be gathered into the great accumulation path. The great bliss of the example clear light and the great bliss of the actual melting bliss are the same in meaning. If distinguished by mind, it is the ultimate. Such a one is established as the great heat, and in the second moment of obtaining it, the manifested wisdom body is manifested, which is established as the peak of the path of joining. In its samadhi, only the union of body and wisdom arises, and from the post-meditation state, until the eighty self-nature conceptual thoughts manifest and cease, forbearance.
