Moreover, there are instances where the emphasis is placed on the channels, and the crucial points of the completion stage are exclusively focused on emphasizing all three. Similarly, detailed distinctions should be made, such as practicing channels without practicing winds. Practicing channels is like the stages of the Black Hat sect, practicing bindus is like the self-initiation of the five stages of the Drilbupa lineage, practicing winds is like vajra recitation, and practicing all three is like the non-conceptual tummo. Generally, there are three types of tummo: natural tummo, yogic tummo, and karmic tummo. The first is innate bliss-emptiness. The second is the completion stage with signs, such as practicing bindus in the chakras, and most practices that rely on the gates. The third includes action mudras, wisdom mudras, and the Great Seal with signs, as explained in manuals like "Ear of Wheat." The meaning of tummo mentioned earlier is complete, and it is the tradition of condensing all completion stages into tummo. Emphasizing the point without practicing winds is like the vase breathing taught during the life force practice of the Six Yogas of the Kalachakra. The meaning of bindu often occurs in the stages of action and wisdom mudras. Emphasizing the channels is easy to understand because it encompasses all completion stages. There are also instances where the emphasis is placed without practicing all four, such as all the ways of drawing down the great bliss of the Great Seal. Furthermore, most completion stages of the noble lineages, and even in the stages of ordinary beings, there are appropriate practices. The distant cause is all the channel-winds-bindu-mudra yogas before the winds dissolve into the central channel. The proximate cause is the completion stage at the moment of dissolution. The actual cause is the very bliss-emptiness of blazing and dripping that arises as the co-emergent in the second instant. The distant cause of the co-emergent is everything up to that point, and all impure illusory bodies except the illusory body that dissolves into emptiness in the second instant. That is the proximate cause. The actual cause is the one who causes the body to dissolve into emptiness, and the melting bliss drawn by any mudra related to the Great Seal is the actual cause. Whichever of the two co-emergents it may be.

After attainment, any of the self-born proximate causes and the four mudras will become conditions. Generally, the co-emergent bliss exists from the beginning to the end, but the real co-emergent of the true path, named the Great Bliss Co-emergent, is established only after the wind has steadily dissolved into the central channel. Moreover, as will be explained below, it is the time when the subtle realms dissolve into the extremely subtle realms. Therefore, without explicitly stating the name, the co-emergent bliss written here should be understood as the true meaning of the co-emergent bliss of the path. Fourth, the method of blocking the wind by striking the vital point in the Dhuti (藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏཱི།) channel, the method of arising bliss from it, and the method of representing the co-emergent from it. First, in general, by meditating on the center of the eight chakras, from that position, the wind is first turned back, and later, when the bodhicitta descends, it remains for a long time with the power of the wind subsiding. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly manifest each moment of joy. However, the main ones are the heart center and the upper and lower ends of the central channel, because they are the main places where luminosity manifests, and they are the places where the co-emergent of upper descent and lower stability fully manifests. Therefore, it is also said that in the Abhisamayalankara, "The sow resides at the navel chakra, the co-emergent blood drinker is supreme." This is the navel chakra. The navel chakra, the heart lotus, the center of the breasts, the root of the tongue, and the top of the head have joy and supreme joy, extreme joy and co-emergent. And, "The emanation wheel is co-emergent, experiencing joy." This is the crown chakra. Where the lotus of the heart, manifests in the center of union, the mind that subtly observes the self-born intoxication enters, the three realms without remainder approach non-duality, I prostrate to the supreme realm of reality that eliminates elaboration. All the horses of the moving senses are definitely joined internally, becoming the vessel where all the victorious wisdoms gather, the three realms without remainder approach non-duality, what is seen is like the sky, immaculate and becomes glorious. This is praise for the heart center. Although the wind generally strikes the vital points in all ten channels, the main ones are the life force and the downward-moving force, and the root of these is the life-sustaining wind. Thirty-six realms, twenty-four realms, ten
