Therefore, there are four aspects to that. The first is: although the nature of the body is emptiness, in the illusory appearances of samsara, it appears as impure and impermanent, which is completely illusory. The form of the mind's clarity appearing as the body is the body of a deity, and its nature is bliss, but both of these are empty in essence. In this way, by remembering wisdom in the manner of focusing on deity yoga, bring the mind closer. The rest can also be inferred by this reasoning. The second is: the nature of feelings that appear as suffering in illusory appearances, the essence of the mind's clarity is great bliss. Focus on the bliss of samadhi alone, or on methods of inducing melting bliss. The third is: although all sense consciousnesses are empty in essence, their nature is non-conceptual wisdom, which is the cause of great bliss. Understand this. The fourth is: all appearances of objects and mental events are empty in essence, and those who do not understand these take them as the cause of illusion, but in reality their nature is great bliss. Having recognized these, expand them with bliss and emptiness. In this context, the previous masters who were skilled in the Chakrasamvara tantra said that the bliss of expansion is sixteenfold, namely the four joys of the generation stage, the four joys of the completion stage, the four joys of the path, and the four joys of the result, all sixteen of which are unbearable. This is said in the manner of a pith instruction. This may be difficult for scholars who enjoy speculation to believe, but it seems very important and excellent. Among them, the first set of four joys is: meditating on the union of male and female deities is joy, engaging with actual or wisdom mudras is supreme joy, thereby causing subtle conceptual thoughts to disappear, and contracting and expanding through focus is joylessness, and expanding with emptiness is innate joy. The second set is: just as it is well-known to rely on the four chakras, etc., the characteristic of external bliss is joy, that of internal bliss is supreme joy, the mind focused on bliss is joylessness, and the characteristic of expanding with emptiness is innate joy, so it is thought, which is a very good explanation. Therefore, in the stage of mindfulness in the lesser accumulation path, the bliss to be actually practiced is those eight, and the remaining eight are as objects of desire.

To understand, if we briefly explain their accomplishment, it is to contemplate that the four, such as the body, appear as impure, etc., in the relative truth, but in the ultimate truth, nothing is established. This is the four mindfulnesses of the Sutra school, which are summarized as contemplating the two selflessnesses of person and phenomena. To contemplate the body as the form of a deity and expand it with bliss and emptiness; and to expand all feelings, consciousness, mental factors along with the appearance of objects, also with bliss and emptiness, these are the four mindfulnesses of the path of Highest Yoga Tantra. "Abiding" means contemplation, and because it is contemplated with mindfulness, it is said to be the method of contemplation. The essence is the wisdom that knows this and that. Therefore, although the five, faith, diligence, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom, are all complete, the names of these five are not used, but mainly wisdom is divided into four by distinguishing the objects. If we consider the small position of the path of accumulation, the first of the latter is mainly the generation stage, and the latter three are mainly the completion stage. Second, the four correct abandonments are: generating unarisen virtues, increasing arisen virtues, abandoning arisen non-virtues, and not generating unarisen non-virtues. In order, it is to practice continuously without interruption in order to generate previously unattained qualities and aspects of virtue; to strive to ensure that the virtues that have already arisen in one's own mind-stream, which become the cause of attaining Buddhahood, do not decline and increase; to exert effort to abandon all kinds of non-virtues that have arisen in one's own mind-stream; to hold the mind without forgetting the object of virtue; and to generate a strong intention to prevent non-virtues that have not arisen before but will arise now from arising in the mind-stream, and to engage in diligent effort through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, without leaving any postponement. Third, the legs of miraculous power have four types, among which the leg of miraculous power of desire is: the object and aspect are the same as the four mindfulnesses, plus the four correct abandonments, and the mind is focused on one point solely through strong desire. That is to say, it relies on the respect and strong desire focused on excellent qualities, just like not feeling hunger and thirst. The leg of miraculous power of diligence is: to contemplate based on continuous diligence with joy in accomplishing qualities; and the leg of miraculous power of mind.
