They argue in the wheel. The secret dharma is to teach, and to teach to others who have faith. They remain for a long time in the Sravakas. They teach secrets to unworthy vessels. Transgressions become gross, thus six were spoken. Others are collected from various tantras, so it seems difficult to determine the number of gross transgressions as definitely eight or nine. The precepts for those occasions, and the scope of the meaning of each tantra, the differences between vast and narrow, and detailed analyses, are too numerous, so they are temporarily set aside. Here it is said: Nowadays, it is the dregs of the dregs of the age. When the moon-like light of good speech rises, jealousy is also seen to surge like a reservoir of water. Therefore, I think it is enough for now. Third, not holding the samaya images, books, vajra bell, thighbone trumpet, skull cup, khatvanga, six ornaments, hand implements, etc., that are said in the tantras to be necessary. And the samayas of the inner offerings, such as the five meats and five amritas, and the secret samayas such as the karma and wisdom mudras, that is, not relying on what is said to be relied upon. And not performing the samayas that are said to be performed, such as fire pujas and offering tormas. In particular, as will be said below, the samayas of the five families, and not transgressing the eight uncommon samayas, etc. Fourth, furthermore, I confess all the faults mentioned in the four classes of tantras that are not included here. What is said is the tantras, etc. ༄། །Meditating on rejoicing in virtue: Fourth, rejoicing is, such as "Buddha," etc. "Samsara and Nirvana" refers to all the virtues done by individual beings in samsara, and all the virtues of the noble ones, learners and non-learners, of the three vehicles who have transcended the world. Then, is it only what has been done? No, it is everything that has been done, will be done, and is being done. What is said is, the arising of the three times, etc. ༄། །Urging the turning of the wheel of Dharma: Fifth, urging the turning of the wheel of Dharma is, such as "Victorious Speech," etc. "There is no cessation" means that it is impossible for any Buddha to become enlightened and then abide without teaching the Dharma. Beings are those of little merit. Supreme refers to the Mahayana.
