Moreover, when semen, blood, and wind combine and move downwards, the secret wheel arises and dissolves. At the end of life, through the sequence of three syllables, they dissolve into the indestructible bindu. All the deities of the generation stage arise from this and are blessed by this. The blessing of food through purification, experience, and increase is also done by this. Through Vajra recitation, past karmic obscurations are purified, and the wind enters the central channel. Reciting based on the mandala of the four elements accomplishes the four activities. Second, regarding the symbolism of mantras: A mantra with Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the beginning and Svaha (藏文:སྭཱཧཱ།,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:Svaha) at the end is a snake; one without Svaha is tailless; one without Om is headless; and one without both is contracted. As stated in the 'Exposition of Intentions': "The nature of symbolism, abides in three places, the characteristic of self-nature recitation." This means that these mantras are represented by three syllables. Furthermore, regarding the recitation of arising, dissolving, and abiding, the names of hand mudra bindings are mentioned. As stated in the 'Exposition of Intentions': "Possessing three qualities such as quickness, it is explained as accomplishing mudras." It is also called quick, completely gathering, and slow. Also, it is sequentially called inviting the deity to descend, invoking, and inviting to abide. From these, one should understand how the benefits of activities and accomplishments arise. The so-called symbolism of mantras is a synonym for names. Third, the meaning represented by these three syllables: The body is the deity inseparable from the completely pure Vajra nature of body, speech, and mind, which is the body of non-dual wisdom. As stated in the 'Exposition of Intentions': "That is the form that has become complete, approaching the deity." This is what it means. 9-545 Fourth, as stated in the 'Exposition of Intentions': "Without cessation, utterly peaceful, completely abandoning permanence and annihilation, not made by the knower of the three times, conceptualization is a sign inseparable from space. This alone is the ultimate truth, the characteristic of individual self-awareness." That is, all conceptualizations dissolve into emptiness like space, and the non-proliferation of the nature of one's own awareness is the ultimate truth. By training all speech into Vajra recitation, that also dissolves into the indestructible bindu, and all speech is equal to inexpressible space.

༈ 命勤之词义 第一,命勤的梵语是Prāṇāyāma(प्राणायाम,prāṇāyāma),Prāṇa(प्राण,prāṇa)是命,Ayama(अयम,ayama)是勤奋和遮止。

and be able to realize it. Because it is said to be the nature of self-awareness, it is not the nature of non-affirming negation. Therefore, mantras that are recited or accompanied by speech, and mantras that have become symbols, explain the essence and method of Vajra recitation. The object of the mantra is: with the meaning of the mantra, the conventional truth is the illusory body, and the ultimate truth is the luminosity of the mantra, which shows all aspects based on the mantra itself. Fifth, as it is said: "All short sounds become speech, neither one nor many nor non-existent." It means that the root of all languages is short A, and it is also declared that it is the emptiness that is separated from one and many. Mantras that accomplish all siddhis and all treatises arise from Āli Kāli. The clarifying letters must also rely on vowels, and all vowels are transformations of A. All expressions of language are transformed by wind, and arise from the cause of the tongue touching the palate. And the root of all winds is the indestructible bindu, the sound of short A. At the time of birth, the bindu is the first; at the time of death, all elements dissolve into it, and the death luminosity appears; on the path, wind and mind merge and the luminosity of the path arises, and the luminosity is of the nature of no birth. If we analyze the letter A and the ultimate of the indestructible bindu, apart from emptiness, nothing else can be said. Therefore, A is the meaning of no birth. Because realizing this will lead to manifest enlightenment, in the Compendium of Trainings, at this time, the authentic quote is cited: "Perfect Buddhas arise from A, A is the best of all letters, the great meaning is the holy letter, the great life has no birth or death, abandoning the expression of words, the best cause of all expressions." It is very excellent. ༈ The Nature of Meditating on Life-Force Exertion Third, explaining the nature of meditating on life-force exertion. [The meaning of the term Life-Force Exertion] The essence of life-force exertion is to explain the practice of Vajra recitation in particular. ༈ The Meaning of the Term Life-Force Exertion First, the Sanskrit of life-force exertion is Prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम, prāṇāyāma), Prāṇa (प्राण, prāṇa) is life, and Ayama (अयम, ayama) is diligence and restraint.
