Oṃ. And, making the abiding Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) and the outgoing Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) long, it is said as it appears, like the way of the Noble Revolving. The Guru is at the feet of Rba-na Shrī, when collecting the mantras of the Vajra Garland, I asked for explanations in accordance with the actual instructions of the Noble Revolving. That is not at all entering into the meaning of the letters, but pervades the wheel of the winds. And so on, it only clarifies the outgoing wind. Therefore, in this instruction, the arising Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, literal Chinese meaning: O), the entering Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā), the abiding Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and the union are very much in accordance with the meaning of the Tantra, and those become one in the heart. And so on, it is also clear that it is not the outgoing breath. According to the wishes of those who exhale, becoming one with the sound of Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), it arises from above the crown of the head. But here it is said that the sound of the heart's seed syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) arises in the heart. Furthermore, considering the heart's 9-542 seed syllable as the main thing being woven, and combining it with the outgoing breath, and at the time of the nature of the wind, the main thing of the three, entering, abiding, and rising, is abiding, and these two do not agree. Therefore, in the way of the Noble Revolving, there is also a hidden instruction, at the time of Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) abiding and union, Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) itself should be the main thing being recited, and there needs to be one thing that is similar to the way of Yeshe Zhap. Therefore, regarding the meaning of the Vajra Garland, my own way is that the wind of the crown of the head has the sound of the letter Ma, and the ascending fire-wind of the throat, mixed with the sound of Olam O, becomes Uṃ, Mam, Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, literal Chinese meaning: O), and in the heart, the life-sustaining A sound is mixed with reaching the crown of the head, and becomes Oṃ, Mam, Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, literal Chinese meaning: O) with Kesha. When the wind comes into the A of the heart, the upper wind is mixed with the sound of A, and that long Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) itself, in the secret place, is mixed with the sound of the downward-clearing Ha without breath, and becomes Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ā) with a strong Tsek. And when the wind abides, the part of the wind mixed with the Bindu of the crown of the head has the sound of the brain. The ascending wind of the throat, mixed with the sound of U, comes down, and the downward-clearing Ha without breath comes up and mixes, and becomes Hūṃ (ཧུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). This is a short Hūṃ (ཧུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Then, the main thing being recited is Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and the main thing of the wind is abiding. Even when the wind stops, relying on abiding, some die when they stop, like stopping at the end of exhaling is

It is not like that. When abiding in this way, adding the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), my venerable guru said that he obtained this from the oral instructions of Jetsun Zhiwa, the lord of siddhas during debates. He said it is an unparalleled profound secret. Third, the general mantra of the body of all deities is Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the general mantra of speech is Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and the general mantra of mind is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Thus, there are three. Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is said to be the essence of male, Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) is the essence of female, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is the essence of hermaphrodite. As it is said in the Compendium of Conduct, "Because all mantras are the essence of female, male, and hermaphrodite, how to obtain the oral instructions is completely absorbed into the three syllables. Therefore, the three syllables are the masters of all mantras." The meaning of this is that it is the general mantra of each of the male and female deities and both. Or, Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is connected with emptiness, so it is the white part of skillful means, therefore it is male. Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) is connected with flesh, so it is the red part of wisdom, therefore it is female. Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is connected with the central channel, so it is hermaphrodite because darkness, skillful means, and wisdom are equal parts. Although it is present in all three, arising, absorption, and abiding, the proportion of these three syllables is different in males, females, and hermaphrodites due to the function of the inner elements. Therefore, all the mantras of the base and result are included in these three. Also, the twelve vowels are female, the consonants are male, and the four, ra and la, are hermaphrodite. The letters that represent these are the bindu, the tsek-drak, and the three that represent both. Fourth, it is to urge the body, speech, and mind of all deities, and all the accomplishments of other mantras are accomplished by this during the stage of the completion stage. Even if the generation stage practitioner's three-time yoga practice does not achieve accomplishment, by urging the minds of the deities with this, one will immediately receive the granting of accomplishment. Therefore, it is the ultimate of recitation. At the time of the base, it sustains life and the body abides by the power of the three, rising, absorption, and abiding. The semen and blood blessed by the three syllables, having the sound of vowels and consonants, when the two organs unite, the sound of the three syllables arises from the tip of the secret place, and the body is formed by relying on it. Upwardly, it is connected with life and awakens the senses such as the eyes to their objects.
