That is, walking for the sake of urination and defecation, eating only enough food to sustain the body, sleeping in the light, and just walking, other than that, abandoning all conceptual thoughts, that is the meaning. Here, it is said to meditate on the clear light of sleep, but it is not that just the natural occurrence of sleep enters into the clear light, because that also exists in the other two behaviors of this time. Therefore, the other two behaviors rely on external mudras, and here it is meditating on the clear light of sleep, so it is always entering into sleep. Therefore, the extremely simple of the generation stage should not be called the behavior of Bhusuku. 9-530 The second is, the behavior of desire of those with attachment is just this, which is only the extremely simple of the generation stage. The behavior of diligent ones attaining enlightenment in this life is, as shown above, the wisdom mudra combined with sleep, which is the very behavior of extreme simplicity itself. When passing through the bardo, that moment of entering the path of seeing the clear light of death, combining with death, and after gaining warmth, focusing single-mindedly on the clear light of sleep, if the illusory body is not obtained in this life, but is obtained in the bardo, then based on that, the body of union is accomplished, or it is also possible to pass through based on the basis of accomplishing a special body of a knowledge holder. Combining with sleep, the behavior of attaining enlightenment through rebirth, and progressing through the ten bhumis in the manner of the sutras, entering the mantra path, is the behavior of forceful approximation, which has three aspects in common with the extremely simple behavior. The middle two are not actual behaviors, and the latter, although relying on karma mudra, is also gathered into the aspect of extreme simplicity and meditated upon. This is just a symbol, it is all the behaviors of the proximate cause of enlightenment. If we analyze the end of these a little, then in general, as mentioned above, if the clear light is not obtained, even if the illusory body is obtained, it is said that one will be reborn, mainly referring to situations similar to the intermediate state of existence. However, in the case of obtaining the illusory body in the bardo itself, there are also cases where rebirth is necessary. Therefore, if the clear light is not obtained, this is a thorough examination, generally speaking, such a situation is impossible, because obtaining the illusory body in this life without clear light

Even if attained, it is impossible not to attain the meaning of clear light at the time of death. Therefore, even though it is impossible not to achieve meaning, if it is not the most supreme achievement, it is like saying that one will become a universal monarch. When the illusory body is attained in the bardo, there is no careful study of the meaning of merely existing. One's own 9-531 neither has the realization of appearance arisen in the mind, nor has the opportunity to practice, and dies like that, but says that this is the completion stage of becoming a Buddha through reincarnation, which is simply nonsense. If the illusory body is attained, it is necessarily not reborn, how can this not be contradictory? He did not realize the obvious contradictions and incompleteness in his own following sect. He said, "I have studied the Buddhist scriptures, and I think that even those who are as famous as the sun and moon in Han and Tibetan regions have many mistakes in not understanding the essence of the Buddhist scriptures." He slandered in such a vicious way the great scholars of the Mind-Only school, the Svatantrika Madhyamaka school, especially Maitripa, Abhaya, etc., and the wise and accomplished ones who appeared before and after in Tibet. The sutra says, "Whichever child says 'I did it,' the one who knows this is the wise one. Whichever child thinks he is smart, then he is the most foolish." It means that a fool who knows he is a fool is a little smarter; if he is a fool but arrogantly thinks he is smart, then he is the most foolish. One should think about the meaning of these words. Here it says that even if the illusory body is attained, one will be reborn, which actually refers to obtaining the intermediate state body, because this is the behavior when obtaining the illusory body in this life. A person who achieves the body only with wind and mind, through practice, relies on the gradual absorption of the subtle and coarse channels, and the clear light will circulate in and out. Therefore, when practicing absorption, the way of absorbing the subtle and coarse channels will be explained. Here, dreams of signs of obtaining supreme accomplishment will appear, and it is very likely to obtain the state of a vidyadhara with the eight qualities of lightness, etc. In the practice of the generation stage, combining the accomplishment directly with reality, even if it can be extremely brief, it is necessary to perform either the with-signs or the without-signs practice beforehand. 9-532
