Yoga and, The stages of tummo, and the yoga of mudras, etc., in terms of representing bliss and emptiness, the latter is faster than the former. Some say that one should not meditate on fire visualization until the five signs have been seen. This is because the difference between what is to be meditated upon and how it arises in the continuum has not been distinguished, and it is self-made. The burning and dripping of the left and right channels is not explained in any tantra or treatise. To say that one does not understand the nature of the common tummo is even more a sign of one's own lack of understanding. Even the lama whom one follows has made the intention of Sambhuti (Tibetan: སམྦུ་ཊི།) according to the custom of Mannei (Tibetan: མན་སྙེ།), and in the definition of fire puja, he also said that the left channel (Tibetan: རོ་མ་) is what causes the bindu of the crown to melt, so it is the pouring ladle, and the right channel (Tibetan: རྐྱང་མ་) is what causes the bindu to descend, so it is the filling ladle. If the left channel does not burn tummo, how can it melt the bindu? If the right channel does not cause the bodhicitta of the crown to descend, how can it cause the bodhicitta to descend? This is actually contradictory. It not only contradicts the tantras and treatises, but also contradicts one's own doctrine. Some who claim to be followers of the ancients combine burning with the stages of mantra, and dripping with the stages of wisdom. If it is said that burning and dripping only occur once before enlightenment, that is true. Therefore, it is also said in Olapati (Tibetan: ཨོ་ལ་པ་ཏི་) that the wheel of vows is burned as before. This is not said from the perspective of visualization, but from the perspective of actual occurrence. The same is true in other tantric treatises, so these views have not been examined. Tummo melts, and tummo cools rega (Tibetan: རེ་ག་). The coolness mentioned here does not mean that the temperature decreases, but that bliss arises and suffering is separated. When the burning of tummo is stable in the chakras, rays of light emanate from the pores, causing fear to all gods and non-gods. This is because they see the practitioner in this way. Fifth, regarding the nature, boundaries, and classification of path signs of the mantra stages. First, it is the wisdom of stable bliss-warmth with special burning and dripping. Second, the knots of the four major chakras are greatly loosened, and the ability to draw out the four joys of the four quarters is the limit. From then on, it is the stage of wisdom. Third, in general, the three of entering, abiding, and dissolving, and the appearanc

Explanation of the Mother Tantra. First, when focusing on the object of meditation, if it is certain that it will run equally, then it is entering the central channel, which is descending. A slight burning of tummo is always present here. Even if one focuses on the object of meditation, but the equal running is blocked and it descends back into the side channels, it is because of mistakes in the key points, etc., that the burning is interrupted. The channels of the nostrils stop, the root channels do not move, and the feeling of the body merging into something is the abiding, which is stopping in the central channel. Moreover, disappearing is merging, and if a special bliss-warmth arises in this, then the key point has been reached. Generally, the mere appearance of bliss-warmth does not necessarily mean that it is stopping in the central channel. Moreover, warmth does not necessarily accompany bliss. Warmth has many different types, such as ordinary, thin, thick, fast, slow, inner, and outer. During the stages of entering and abiding, various signs and phenomena appear. During the stage of merging, five signs appear. If the burning and dripping combine well, and one does not abandon diligence, then at the end of each session, after the five signs, the three lights will appear in harmony and the four joys will arise. Second, there are four signs of grasping, six signs of stability, and four signs of mastery. First, the upper and lower winds are grasped in the central channel. When descending, grasping the fire-wind, so the appearance is a hazy, smoky scene. Grasping the water-wind, a crooked, thin mirage-like scene appears. Grasping the wind of wind, a flickering firefly-like scene appears. Grasping the earth-wind, a stable and clear scene appears like an unmoving lamp. Second, if the outer and inner signs of these six situations are consistent, then it is the wisdom of the six types of paths. If they are inconsistent, then it is being deluded by non-humans, or an uncertain, vague experience. Among them, when the earth-wind is stable in the central channel of the path of the lower gate, outwardly the sun and moon, day and night appear reversed. The inner experience is that the body feels heavy, the limbs grow thick and feel swollen, and in dreams one experiences being pressed by a ghost, etc. When all six of these occur, internally there will be non-conceptual wisdom, mainly clear emptiness, accompanied by a little bliss. When the water-wind is stable in the central channel of the path of the urinary tract, outwardly one sees the moon and stars during the day, and one feels the body merging into anything. When the fire-wind is stable in the central channel of the forehead, bound by the tip of the nose with a string, it will burn.
