Therefore, the methods of averting these winds and minds by relying on the body mandala, and meditating on the union of the sun and moon residing on the lotus in the center of the wheel, etc., show the burning and dripping in each chakra. The true meaning of recitation is also the combination of winds such as Vajra recitation, and the true meaning of mantra collections is the tummo of wind and karma mudra, and many oral instructions, such as: When the triangular mandala is pleasing, the Vajra lotus will appear. And so on. In particular, the four mudras of the root tantra, and the true meaning of fire offerings, etc., are explained in detail, and the sequence of karma mudras is also explained in great detail in all the root explanation tantras, especially in Vajra Dakini. Secondly, according to the oral instruction view of Lord Naropa, there are twelve practices in the order of mantras: three tummos, three bindus, three winds, and three non-discriminations. First, there are three tummos of body, speech, and mind. Being able to burn tummo Roma with the yoga of the channels and the binding of the wheel is the body, focusing on the color and shape of the letters and wind to burn tummo is speech, the tummo called the vow mudra mainly generates warmth and pleasure, and the dharma mudra tummo, that is, relying on warmth to practice bliss, and the Mahamudra tummo, that is, relying on it to practice inseparable bliss and emptiness, these three are the tummo of mind. The three bindus are: practicing Aham (藏文:ཨ་ཧཾ།梵文天城体:अहं,梵文罗马拟音:Aham,汉语字面意思:A, Hum) and the union of the sun and moon, etc., learning colors; practicing various different shapes, learning shapes; practicing the emission and absorption of various rays, learning target distance. The three winds are: learning the gentle wind is peaceful, vase breathing union is fierce, Vajra recitation and filling and emptying, etc. are learning filling and emptying. The three learnings of Mahamudra are: emptiness made by conceptual mind such as gathering is forced learning, relaxing in one's own place is eliminating fatigue, and the arising of non-object based on object is practicing non-discrimination based on discrimination. Thus, most of these twelve oral instructions are not asked here because they used to be transmitted orally.

If you want to understand its meaning, you should realize it from the Guru's presence. Third, the recognition of bliss and emptiness, explaining how melting bliss arises, and the classification of its path. First, among the three recognitions of bliss, emptiness, and union, the first has two aspects. First, the nature of bliss is: the mind abides, and the winds are beneficial to one's own body, so the bliss of pliancy that arises is common to all practitioners of calm abiding. The joy and bliss of the mind are also common to all. The joy and bliss brought about by seeing emptiness are also common with the Sutras. The bliss of stopping the life-sustaining winds from wandering outward also occurs in the lower Tantras. So, by these alone, one cannot understand the "Great Bliss" here. Although these can also be used as paths here, the uncommon Great Bliss here is: special melting bliss, and the Great Bliss of innate coemergence. 9-440 Jigme Jungne (འཇིགས་མེད་འབྱུང་གནས།) also presented an argument, saying that it is unreasonable to consider Great Bliss as the uncommon path of mantra because of the existence of the bliss of the first dhyana. In response, he answered: Indeed, this is not coemergent bliss, so it is not Great Bliss, nor is it a means for beginners. Just as "a needle hole is a hole in the sky," one cannot therefore consider it the same as the sky. If someone asks: Then what is the unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment bliss spoken of in the Prajnaparamita? The answer is: Although it is spoken of, it is not taught here as a means, because the coemergent Great Bliss as a means is not clearly pointed out. Although one can point out the Great Bliss of the Buddha as the result, the method for attaining it is not explained. This shows that the uncommon aspect is the special melting bliss produced when the movement of the red and white bodhicitta stops in the central channel. Melting bliss is a special path, and relying on it, the innate nature of the mind manifests, which is the innate wisdom. The coemergent bliss that is the means is this. Except for this vehicle, everything else is hidden. Padma Vajra also said, the Kriya and Charya
