Furthermore, regarding the view, conduct, and meditation of the venerable Sthaviras: It is like the navel chakra where winds and mind gather, giving rise to numerous conceptualizations. The meaning is that the winds mostly reside and are stable in the navel chakra, and the growth and decline of the body are caused by the winds, therefore it becomes the place that nourishes the body, hence it is called Sthavira. The heart center is the main place of conceptualizations, and from there various sectarian doctrines are proclaimed, so the heart center is Sarvāstivāda (everything exists). The throat is the place that is honored and revered by the six tastes, so the throat is Bahusrutiya (much-hearing), and the mind of enlightenment, the cause of happiness, mostly resides in the crown chakra, so the crown chakra is Mahāsāṃghika (great community). The Hevajra also says: "Why is the emanation Sthavira? In the emanation wheel is Sthavira itself. Why does the Dharma arise to be spoken? In the Dharma wheel is everything. Why is the throat revered by all? In the enjoyment wheel is all reverence. Why does great bliss reside on the head? In the bliss wheel is the great community. The division is said to be the body." Thus it is proclaimed. The seventh is: the small one has one part of bindu, the medium has two parts, the large has three parts, and the great of the great has four parts. From the power of these, conceptualizations or notions also arise with those four distinctions. To grasp something as one, like grasping eye medicine as only black, is a small notion. Like being doubtful, having two parts is medium. Like this stupa now, built by gods in the past and will be destroyed in the future, like this, having three different distinctions of notions for one thing is a large notion. To have many different notions for the same thing itself is the great of the great. The eighth and ninth will be explained below, because they will appear in those wheels. The tenth is: the uncommon union with the four joys will be explained below. Here, it is not combined with all four fruits, but it is combined with those belonging to the continuum of sentient beings. The action that produces a result similar to the cause is the power of the navel chakra's wind and mind. Similarly, the action that produces a ripened result is the heart center, and the birth

The function of producing offspring is the throat, and the path meditation that produces separation results is the crown of the head. The function of these winds and minds is to strive for their respective actions. 9-426 Eleventh, the navel is my place, the good place of inner heat; the heart is the place where the indestructible bindu other than inner heat resides, so it is another good place; the place where the initial burning and dripping are stable is the throat, so that is a good time; the cause of the arising of wisdom is the melting of the bindu of the crown of the head, so the crown of the head is the good of wisdom. Twelfth, from the function of the wind and mind of the navel, at the time of the base, the conceptual thought of grasping at self arises, and ultimately the clear light of the nature of mind is seen continuously, which is the subtle self. Therefore, the navel is the seat of self. From the function of the wind and mind of the heart, these three realms that appear as other appear. The Vajramala says: "Having become the essence, from one's own life, in the three realms there is no other, the three realms of illusion and wind, appear like dreaming a dream." Thus, the three realms appear as the delusion of wind and mind, appearing like a dream. Therefore, those who believe that external objects are truly existent in the system of the Guhyasamaja Vajramala are directly refuted by this alone. In the Pradipoddyotana, Acharya Chandrakirti also said: "Thus, all dharmas do not abide outside of the mind at the time of seeing a dream, whatever appears as a mere flicker of the eye is all one's own mind, and there is nothing other than one's own mind." He said, and there are also many other phrases that consider appearance to be mind, therefore, those who speak to interpret the intention of this Acharya, act with caution. To believe that external objects are truly existent, and to say that the mind is moved by the wind and appears as an external object, is extremely contradictory. Then, for those who believe that form and so on are substantially existent, the intention of the other seat spoken of in the four seats is destroyed. 9-427 The cessation of other appearances by clear light at the time of the path also arises from the power of the heart, so it is the other seat. Many combinations of mantras and tantras arise from the accomplishment of the power of speech, and speech
