其内生入之脉, 自性( र्गोद्माई [འབར་བའི་] मे,rgod ma'i [’bar ba’i] me,rudmā’ī [’bar ba’i] me,母鹫[燃烧的]火), 如水树之花。

Thus. In the center of the heart, where white and red are equally divided, the wind born together with consciousness, possessing the nature of warmth, dwells together with the wind called indestructible wind, and is called the indestructible bindu. In the navel, throat, and palace of the precious vein, the red element mainly dwells. In the crown of the head, between the eyebrows, and in the jewels, the white element mainly dwells. Especially praised here are bliss and bindu. A quote from the Tantra of True Union regarding the bindu of bliss: "The lotus born within the heart, With eight petals and a heart essence. The vein born within it, Its own nature ( र्गोद्माई [འབར་བའི་] मे,rgod ma'i [’bar ba’i] me,rudmā’ī [’bar ba’i] me,vulture [burning] fire), Like the flower of a water tree. Hanging down, its face is downward. The hero born within it, The size of a mustard seed. The indestructible seed of Hūṃ, Dripping like a drop of water. The joy of embodied beings, This is said to be bliss. The form of the vulture's fire, Is called the pig-mother bindu." Thus it is said. In the center of the heart chakra, slightly closer to the left, there is a vein called the flower of the water tree, its face pointing downward. Within it dwells the indestructible bindu of its own nature, the size of a large mustard seed, generating all joy, happiness, and satisfaction, hence it is called bliss. The red element in the navel, if not used on the path, causes the bodhicitta to dry up, like the fire of a vulture drying up the ocean, hence it is said to be the nature of the vulture's fire. This is called bindu or pig-mother. The syllable Hūṃ at the crown of the head is also said in the Mother Tantras to be the indestructible bindu. The Hūṃ at the crown of the head is four parts, the white element at the throat is three parts, the heart is two parts, and the navel is said to be one part. The closer to the fierce heat of the navel, the greater the degree of dryness (བྱུང་[གྱུར་]བར།,byung[gyur]bar, byung[gyur]bar, happened[became]). The disciples of Nāropa believe this. The teacher Abhaya believes that when the wind rises from the secret place, it becomes shorter at the navel, two parts long at the heart, three parts long at the throat, and four parts long at the crown of the head. In any case, in those places, the purity of the long and short letters to be placed, mouth...

In the practice section, it says: The form of the A syllable at the navel is known to be very short. In the heart, there is also the HUNG (ཧཱུྃ,HŪṂ,种子字) syllable, which has two long vowels. In the throat, the form of the OM (ༀ,OṂ,嗡) syllable has three vowels, called pluta. On the forehead, the form of the HAM (ཧཾ,HAṂ,种子字) syllable is the indestructible sound and bindu. Thus it is said. There is no syllable that is formed separately from the bindu and the wind. The wind with the bindu has the ability to produce the sound or tone of the syllable in each of the nadi places, which means that the syllable resides there. Meditating on the syllable is also a representation of that. It is not reasonable to think that these syllables have a form. Explaining its transference: Secondly, it is said that there are sixteen transfers of bindu. The former lamas also combined it with the sixteen transfers such as the sheep transfer. However, here it is left in equanimity. To put it briefly, there are three aspects: the object to which it is transferred, the manner in which it is transferred, and the purity of the transfer. The first is the transfer to the external places such as the thumb on the body of a man and a woman, and the internal thirty-two nadis. In the Great Seal Bindu, it says: The thirty-two nadi knots should also be divided into sixteen and sixteen by the distinction of left and right. The knots above the sixteen chakras are the power of being bound by the single nadi, so they are combined with the waxing moon. The knots below are the power of being bound by the roma nadi, so they are combined with the waning moon. That is also the power of the nadi knots and the thirty-two nadis, so it is established as such. The actual transfer is only to the thumb and so on. The second is that for a man, on the first day of the waxing moon, it starts from the right thumb of the foot. For a woman, it starts from the left thumb. On the waning moon, it starts from the left thumb for a man and the right thumb for a woman. When combined with the nadis, for both men and women, it starts from the left thumb, which is the sixteen such as the irreversible mother, and from the right thumb, which is the sixteen such as the fierce fire mother. Thus the former lamas said. However, it should be examined. In any case, on the first day, the bindu of the nature of the A (ཨ,A,阿) syllable appears on the right thumb, on the second day, the A (ཨཱ,Ā,长阿) appears on the hip, and on the third day, on the thigh.
