是运行。时轮中说，一“དབྱུག་གུ”等于一小时。但《བདེ་དགེས》的观点认为，两“དབྱུག་གུ”等于一小时。因为术语不同，所以没有矛盾。而且“དབྱུག་ཚོད”的大小也不一样。因此，脐轮的两个脉瓣，顶轮的一个，它的两个和喉轮的一个，它的两个和心轮的一个，这些是相等的。还有，对于十六个转移来说，也存在着并非从喉咙运行的其它观点。例如，在外控制着星辰运行的：白羊、金牛、双子、巨蟹，狮子、处女、天秤、天蝎，射手、摩羯、水瓶、双鱼，这十二宫。太阳和月亮在其中以南行和北行的方式依次转移。在年度时间里，确定闰月。在日月时间里，确定星宿。从春夏秋冬等直到劫末的时间尺度都可确定。在内，是脐轮状态下的风的运行方式。虽然按照此续部的观点，实际上没有十二个脉瓣，但为了十二个转移的每一个都运行的脉上，赋予一个花瓣的名称，如果以外圈五十六来计算，那么四又三分之一的脉瓣就是此时的转移。如果以外圈四十八来计算，那么就是五又三分之一的脉瓣。如果以内圈八来计算，那么就是每个脉瓣的三分之二。也就是从白羊到双鱼的十二宫以右旋的方式存在，每次大转移会降临一千八百个风。其中，降临九百个方便之方，和九百个智慧之方，即内在的四小元素。由此，外在产生十二个转移。这些转移之风的盈亏导致了日期的盈亏和闰月的产生。内在精血混合，外在日月星宿交会。由于这些的作用，内在四大元素增减。由于它的力量，外在产生四季。在《总集生起》中说，有四个剩余的转移。其中，明点的阻止，外在是星辰的运行，内在是脉瓣的菩提心增减。虚空的阻止，外在是虚空提供空间，内在是风进入中脉。

Therefore, the two pulse petals of the navel chakra, one of the crown chakra, its two and one of the throat chakra, its two and one of the heart chakra, these are equal. Also, for the sixteen transfers, there are other views that do not run from the throat. For example, externally controlling the movement of the stars: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, these twelve houses. The sun and moon transfer in them in the order of southward and northward movement. In the annual time, determine the intercalary month. In the solar and lunar time, determine the constellations. The time scale from spring, summer, autumn, and winter to the end of the kalpa can be determined. Internally, it is the way the wind moves in the state of the navel chakra. Although according to the view of this tantra, there are actually no twelve pulse petals, but for each of the twelve transfers, the pulse on which it runs is given the name of a petal. If calculated with the outer circle of fifty-six, then four and one-third of the pulse petals is the transfer at this time. If calculated with the outer circle of forty-eight, then it is five and one-third pulse petals. If calculated with the inner circle of eight, then it is two-thirds of each pulse petal. That is, the twelve houses from Aries to Pisces exist in a clockwise manner, and each major transfer will bring down one thousand eight hundred winds. Among them, nine hundred of the method side and nine hundred of the wisdom side descend, which are the four small inner elements. From this, twelve external transfers occur. The excess and deficiency of these transfer winds lead to the excess and deficiency of dates and the occurrence of intercalary months. Internally, semen and blood mix, and externally, the sun, moon, and stars meet. Due to these effects, the four inner elements increase and decrease. Due to its power, the four seasons occur externally. In the "Compendium of Arising", it is said that there are four remaining transfers. Among them, the prevention of bindu, externally, is the movement of the stars, and internally, it is the increase and decrease of the bodhicitta of the pulse petals. The prevention of space, externally, is that space provides space, and internally, it is the wind entering the central channel.
