如是光辉炽燃，极怒三目转动者，向薄伽梵母顶礼。从法界使智慧生起，发髻散开赤裸去除障碍，以十二支分宣说佛法，敬礼具有断首下颚者。左手颅器盛满四魔之血，赐予父亲，断除一切戏论且作恐吓印，敬礼右手持金刚者。舍弃轮回诸有情，为了结合无所缘（ཁྲག་འཛག་，鲜血滴落）极其清净的智慧光明（མེ་ལྟར་འབར་，如火燃烧），敬礼鲜血滴落{如[如火]般威严者。为了方便智慧无离双运，左伸展势拥抱父亲，以五印严饰干颅器，敬礼持念珠者。二者皆于顶轮，以及腰带、脚镯、耳环串，指环等近边之，敬礼以五印严饰者。显现胜观大乐父，空性与寂止之天身{母[母尊]，作双运平等结合，敬礼饮血父母。是不坏清净勇士，独母、罗刹母皆战栗，断魔见之忿怒母等，敬礼极清净金刚亥母。脉与（ཛ་ལ་，Jāla，集合）天女微尘界，主尊度提汇集于精液，莲花（ཛ་ལ་པདྨ་，Jāla Padma，莲花集合）大乐光明中，敬礼汇集一切事物之主尊。ཤྲཱི་（Śrī，吉祥）字无二智慧，ཧེ་（He，诃）字因集合空性，རུ་（Ru，噜）字离集合，ཀ་（Ka，迦）字不居于任何处，向您顶礼。言语之境（与超越的自性智慧相合）（པ་རཱ་ཧཱིའི་ངེས་དོན་ཡི་གེ་ལྔ་དང་སྦྱར་བ་，与超越的自性智慧相合的五字真言），无相显现一切相，知与所知合一之身，敬礼彼金刚亥母。金色莲花瓣上，东方水风运行之脉，三匝母乃清净之身，敬礼蓝色空行母。北方风之风运行之，欲母不净之绿色拉玛，西方火风家母不净，敬礼红色断生母。南方地风忿怒母清净，有色母乃黄色身，身受法及心念，敬礼四近住。一切发髻散开右伸展势，三目五印严饰，头鬘胜者之

Thus blazing with glory, the extremely wrathful one with three moving eyes, I prostrate to the Bhagavati. From the sphere, causing wisdom to arise, with hair unbound, naked, abandoning obscurations, teaching the Dharma with twelve limbs, I pay homage to the one with the severed head and lower jaw. The left hand's skull cup, filled with the blood of the four maras, bestows it upon the Father. Cutting off all elaborations and making a threatening gesture, I pay homage to the right hand holding the vajra. Abandoning samsara and all beings, in order to unite with the utterly pure light of wisdom, which is without object (khrak 'dzag, dripping blood) and (me ltar 'bar, blazing like fire), I pay homage to the dripping blood {like [like fire] majestic one. For the sake of inseparable union of skillful means and wisdom, embracing the Father with the left outstretched posture, adorned with five seals and dry skulls, I prostrate to the one holding the rosary. Both of them, in the crown chakra, and with belts, anklets, earring strings, finger rings, and other nearby ornaments, I pay homage to the one adorned with five seals. Manifesting the Vipashyana great bliss Father, the empty and peaceful deity {Mother [Mother], making the union equal, I prostrate to the blood-drinking Father and Mother. Is the indestructible pure hero, the solitary mother, the Rakshasa mothers all tremble, the wrathful mothers who sever the demons' views, I prostrate to the utterly pure Vajravarahi. The channels and (jāla, collection) goddess, the realm of dust, the chief Dhati, gather in the semen, in the lotus (jāla padma, lotus collection) great bliss light, I prostrate to the chief who gathers all things. Śrī (Auspicious) syllable non-dual wisdom, He (He) syllable cause collection emptiness, Ru (Ru) syllable separate from collection, Ka (Ka) syllable does not abide anywhere, I prostrate to you. The realm of speech (combined with the transcendent self-awareness) (pa rā hī'i nges don yi ge lnga dang sbyar ba, combined with the five-syllable mantra of transcendent self-awareness), without form, shows all forms, the body of unified knowledge and knowable, I prostrate to that Vajravarahi. On the golden lotus petals, in the east, the channel through which water and wind flow, the triple-coiled mother is the purified body, I prostrate to the blue Dakini. In the north, the wind of the wind flows, the desire mother, the impure green Lama, in the west, the fire wind family mother is impure, I prostrate to the red severed-birth mother. In the south, the earth wind wrathful mother is pure, the form mother is the yellow body, body feeling dharma and mind memory, I prostrate to the four close placements. All with hair unbound, right outstretched posture, three eyes adorned with five seals, the garland of heads, the victorious ones.

Homage to Orgyen Padmasambhava! Homage to Bhaga Numa Zeng! Right hand holding a curved knife, left hand holding, elephant, jackal, human, and ox. With a lamp filled with nectar, holding a skull cup, I pay homage! Completely abandoning all obscurations, adorned with all qualities, to all Tathagata Mothers, I always pay homage with reverence! On the lotus seat of the moon in between, in the fire, the essence free from dust, in the wind, the great flesh is free, vessels filled with medicine and fragrance, the root of offering where the five nectars descend. Born from the lineage of the veins of the directions, the very nature of complete purity, I pay homage to the essence of means! Eight-petaled various lotuses, on the outer fence pillars, adorned with the sign of the curved knife, I pay homage to the nearby enjoyment! Adorned with vajra pillars, walls, father pillars, measuring vessels, and, arrow-roof decorations complete with a central bulge, I pay homage to the one adorned with vajra jewels! On the spokes of the wheel of the heart, the great wisdom of the Bhagavan, the aspect of the stainless ground of great joy, I pay homage to the hero yogini!
