Knowing the three times and possessing twelve hands, I bow to the one who severs the twelve links of interdependent origination. The twelve-fold immutable body, the first two hands holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort, I pay homage to true samadhi. The vajra is equal to the five wisdoms, the bell is the Prajnaparamita, uniting in the union mudra, I pay homage to Heruka. The second pair of hands brandishes a wet elephant hide, the remaining right hands hold an axe, a trident, and a vajra chopper, I pay homage to what the remaining hands hold. The khatvanga marked with a vajra, the vajra lasso, the skull cup of blood, and the four-faced head of Brahma, the remaining four hands on the left hold these, I pay homage. The elephant skin garment dispels ignorance, the sound of supreme bliss inspires the victorious ones, with the three doors (axe) cutting off sins, (trident) destroying the three realms, I pay homage to the one who cuts off conceptual thoughts (chopper). The bodhicitta (khatvanga) is just like that, with wisdom binding all things (vajra lasso), possessing the nature of great bliss and compassion (skull cup), I pay homage to the one who destroys the four rivers (four-faced head of Brahma). Having attained non-abiding nirvana, residing in a posture with the left leg extended, truly suppressing the terrifying Lord of Death, I bow to the one who destroys permanence and annihilation, grasping and clinging. With jeweled earrings, armlets, and bracelets, human bone ashes are worn as offerings, I pay homage to the one with the six mudras that are the nature of the six perfections. A vajra garland born from the Dharmadhatu, adorned with five sets of five wisdom skulls, perfecting all virtuous dharmas, I bow to the one who holds a crown of matted hair. The left side is the bliss of the undefiled half-moon, adorned with various vajras that accomplish benefit, by ascertaining all views, I bow to the transforming face. Gnashing teeth, destroying the four maras, possessing nine dance postures, possessing the nature of the five families and four mothers, I bow to the union of peace, increase, bliss, and emptiness. Anointing ashes with the nature of Kunda, is the nature of the fifty letters of the mind, a garland of bleeding heads, freeing the tiger skin, I pay homage to the one who destroys the six faults. {Her [That] embrace and intertwining place, is the mother who generates emptiness and wisdom, all dharmas are of one taste in ultimate truth, for the sake of showing both skillful means and wisdom. Red-faced, one-faced, two-armed mother, the fire of the eon.
