Therefore, in a compassionate manner, it becomes the friend of beings, its nature being great compassion that benefits sentient beings. Regarding the terms "coarse" and "subtle," some say that the coarse refers to the substances arising from the twenty-four elements and the nine gates. The subtle refers to the pure Bodhicitta. It is also said: The distinction between coarse and subtle is that there are two types of things belonging to matter. Coarse matter is of nine types, and subtle matter is composed of fat. There are also distinctions of other dissolving substances. It is said like that. Also, some say that the coarse is the form aggregate, and the subtle is the four aggregates. Others say that the coarse is the six objects and bindu, and the subtle is consciousness and bliss. Although there are various explanations, generally they are not contradictory. Here, the coarse is the conventional, and the subtle is the ultimate. The self-luminosity of great bliss is objectless compassion, therefore it is the friend of beings. Therefore, the ultimate Bodhicitta has the essence of emptiness and compassion. Because it abides in the Dharmata of all dharmas, one strives on the path to be in accordance with reality and appearance, thereby manifesting reality. This is the uncommon function of dependent origination. Because it relies on Dharmata, no one can transcend it, therefore it is a samaya. The meaning of the samaya of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, namely the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, is to meditate on the three mandalas. By this, one will attain Buddhahood in this life. By completely purifying the defilements of these three, one attains Buddhahood. By purifying accordingly, one becomes a Shravaka or Pratyekabuddha. Even if one does not truly purify the defilements, but slightly relies on virtues that are of the same nature and direction, then from the qualities of these three, great gods such as Brahma will arise. Secondly, the homa of Suchness is: The fire of wisdom blazes greatly, and the inner essence and so on, as well as the outer forms and so on, perform the homa of burning offerings. The five amritas and so on, as well as the five objects of desire such as forms, and all the aggregates, elements, and sense bases included by the word "etc.," are dissolved into the fire of the Tummo of wisdom. What is the Tummo of wisdom? When the Tummo of meditation is transformed into something else, the radiant light of Dharmata wisdom will fully dawn.

is one, and the disappearance of the aggregates, etc., within it (the aggregates) means burning. Third, offering is: the six sense bases and the elements, as well as the distinctions of the aggregates. Those are the forms of deities, and so are the dakinis. Because of offering with those, it is correctly proclaimed that offering is also worship. Offering and worship are synonyms. The six sense bases are livestock or torma, and their nature of wisdom is the Bodhicitta hero. The five elements are torma, and the wisdom is the five mothers. The five aggregates are torma, and the wisdom is the five Buddhas. The channels are the nature of that torma, and the wisdom is the thirty-seven dakinis, etc. The dissolving of those into the realm of wisdom is the offering of the livestock or torma to their respective deities. Offering with the samadhi of burning tummo and the food and drink dripping from the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is offering. The difference lies in the meaning of combining the six sense bases, etc., with their respective deities. The form of the deity is one who possesses the nature of the deity. Fourth, the exposition of the secret fire offering is: Here, the skull itself is said to be the vessel for the fire offering. The pouring spoon is said to be the red vein. The heart chakra and the single vein are said to be the pouring spoon. The navel chakra itself is the hearth. Ignited by the wind of karma, the fire of Brahma resides at the crossroads. In the channels of the crown chakra, there are thirty-two bodhicittas, which are the offerings for the fire offering, and its vessel is the skull. Because the tummo burning from the red vein causes the elements to dissolve, it is the pouring spoon for extracting the fire offering. The center of the heart chakra and the single vein are the path for the bodhicitta to descend, so it is the spoon for pouring ghee. The navel chakra is the place for offering the fire offering, it is the hearth. The fire of Brahma, ignited like a fan by the wind of karma, resides at the lower end of the central channel, at the crossroads between four and eight fingers below the navel, that is the fire of the hearth. What burns and drips from it is the pouring of the fire offering. The great commentary and the earlier Tibetans did not realize that there is a difference between Suchness and secrecy in the upper and lower fire offerings, and
