Ah. However, those are their activities. The fourth is the activity: to skillfully realize the three bodies and strive for the benefit and happiness of oneself and others, which means: Regarding the three bodies mentioned above, causing sentient beings to abide in them is: to increase the three bodies, or to enable sentient beings to understand them well, the meaning is: Realization and increase are different translations of the same word, and some Tibetan versions state "body and speech increase, skillful realization," which is a mixture of two different translations. In this way, having attained the ultimate blissful holy body for oneself, for the benefit of others, granting sentient beings the supreme and unsurpassed wisdom of the blissful holy body, this is the most important meaning, so it must be explained. The remaining various perfections of one's own benefit, as well as causing sentient beings to obtain temporary benefits and happiness, manifesting the distinctions of increase and definite goodness, and abiding in others, these are implied. Thus, summarizing the meaning of the extensive explanation is: the root chakra 8-389 completely dedicated to the protector of beings, which means: the four root chakras, and the four bindus residing therein, all defiled dharmas are completely purified, which is: one's own suchness alone abides, which is the nature of the four bodies. That itself is the true four root chakras and four bindus, that is the great body of the entirety of all the Buddhas, the protectors of beings, to that great ocean of wisdom, the meaning of respectfully prostrating and submitting. Later translations state, "happiness for the benefit of oneself and others of beings," and most Tibetans explain it according to that phrase, but according to the translation of Gö: "the three bodies of happiness for the benefit of oneself and others increase, granting the root chakra, prostrations to the protector of beings." That is in accordance with the meaning. Thus, in the praise of this text, the translation of Dromi (place name) mostly appears in prose form, and the translation of Gö is one verse each of nineteen syllables and thirteen syllables, divided into two parts. Later translators made it into a consistent four lines, but this is only more in line with the Chinese format. However, because there is no meter, it is also considered prose.

It is also not good. In the Chinese scriptures seen by those Kashmiris, there is no transliteration of "Dharma Skandha," no transliteration of "Principal Deity," no transliteration of "Five Possessions," no transliteration of "Possessions," and no transliteration of "Sanskrit Meaning." Although there are "Bodhipakṣadharmasvabhāvasthitāṃ (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་ཕྱོགས་ཆོས་རང་བཞིན་གནས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिपक्षधर्मस्वभावस्थितां, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhipakṣadharmasvabhāvasthitāṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bodhi-paksha Dharma Nature Abiding)," which means "Bodhi-paksha Dharma Nature Abiding"; "Kāyavākcittacakrabheda (Tibetan: སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་དབྱེ་བས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: कायवाकचित्तचक्रभेद, Sanskrit Romanization: kāyavākcittacakrabheda, Literal Chinese Meaning: Body Speech Mind Wheel Difference)," which means "by the difference of body, speech, and mind wheels," etc., the translations of the great translators are authoritative. The meaning that is truly in accordance with the words is as stated above. If we briefly mention other ways of explaining, then all those who hold the tradition of Naropa who have come to this place unanimously say this: that the stages of the tantra are briefly explained by equality and inequality, etc.; that the stages of secrecy are briefly explained by all-pervading, etc.; that the stages of mantra are briefly explained by utmost clarity, etc.; that the stages of wisdom are briefly explained by perfect realization of the three bodies, etc. That the mandala of the nāḍī-bhāga is indicated by equality and inequality, etc.; that the mandala of the letter bodhicitta is indicated by vowels, etc.; that the mandala of the body is indicated by body, speech, and mind, etc. And by adding the phrase "Homage to the Lord of the Chakra," it means paying homage to the four chakras of the base-stage Kalachakra, thinking that striking the essential point of these is for the purpose of generating wisdom. In reality, they want to praise the wisdom of the path stage and the three mandalas of the base stage that are struck at the essential point. And they also explain the three bodies as the three bodies of the path stage, and the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are also explained as thirty-seven nāḍīs from the reason of combining the purity of the factors of enlightenment, and equality is explained as Roma, and inequality is explained as Jangma, etc. There are many subtle ways of explaining. In the writings of the Ngok and Ra traditions, we also see explanations of the four methods that are in accordance with those essential points of meaning, and various different ways of explaining that combine inner and outer secrets. In the great commentary of the Brahmin Thagana, although it is not said that this is a brief indication of the four stages, the roots of the ways of explaining are mostly the same. In one way of explaining, the twenty-two factors of enlightenment such as mindfulness are the path of ordinary beings, which is equality; the remaining fifteen factors of enlightenment are the path of the noble ones, which is inequality. This is common with the Sutra school.
