If, because too many jewels are laid between the beams, there is concern that the height of the house or the dado will exceed the standard, even if the base of the beam is not submerged within it, the dado does not need to have the roof drawn above the bird's wings, so there is no fault of the dado extending the beam outwards, etc., that contradicts the standard. For meditation, these subtle standards are generally not absolute. Moreover, because the bakuli and the beam do not need to be connected, however they exist between them will not become a fault. Fourteenth, the gatehouse: the basis of how the walls are extended is the same as the style of the dado. That is, two small units are extended from the left and right sides of the baseline, totaling one large unit. The 8-68 space without a wall is the actual door. Extending a wall of one large unit each from the end of the wall at that point towards the front is called the door frame. Extending from the end of the door frame to the left and right sides is the doorjamb, and extending from the doorjamb to the front is the door wall. In the "Glorious Immaculate Light," the terms doorjamb and door wall are also mentioned in a reversed manner. If you want to know how to set the height of the wall beyond the door, some say it should be nine small units, but this is meaningless. This needs to be coordinated with the height and order of the steps. The height of the steps is three door heights, or when the height of two eleven-finger-width cloths is equal to the height of nine-finger-widths, about thirteen and a half small units are needed. If it is one door height, a size of ten small units is sufficient. For steps of two door heights, etc., the same can be applied. Detailed explanations will be given elsewhere. In any case, the wall heights of the door frame, doorjamb, and door wall should be kept consistent. Placing precious beams at the ends of the walls on the left and right sides of the door wall seems to be called the eave beam. That is, the beam is placed from the base of the wall upwards, passing seven small units, at the eighth position. When the inner and outer dimensions of the doorjamb and door wall are set to two small units, a beam with a span of ten small units needs to be placed. If the dimensions of the door frame, doorjamb, and door wall are the same, the size of the beam is ten small units.

Fourth, regarding the placement of beams. It is not that the beam should be placed on top of the wall, but rather by carving out beam holes, the wall should be carved at a height of eight small units, with each small unit above the hole. If the eaves are small, then there are eight small units in between, so the visible beam is eight small units. The former ones considered that five layers of bricks should be slightly protruded above it. For the side with wide and large eaves, although there is a beam, it is not drawn in the drawing, so it is called "Har door." In general, the wording of the texts varies as to whether or not there are supporting pillars for the beam. But in reality, both the length and width directions of the beam are necessary. Among them, in the direction of the Har door, there are three large units from the inner edge to the inner edge of the top of the door frame. Therefore, at the junction of each large unit, a pillar with a thickness of one small unit is erected. The surface of the pillar should be decorated with various precious ornaments. On the side of the small door room, there are three small units in the middle, and two small units each on the outer edges of the left and right sides. Between them, a pillar with a thickness of half a small unit should be erected. These two pillars are not only decorative pillars, but also on top of the beam, in the manner of placing a pillar on top of a pillar, from above ten or twelve and a half units, at the top of the door frame and eaves to be built, at the place of ten small units, or between twelve and a half units and thirteen units, a beam with a width of one small unit should be erected, which must also be erected as a supporting pillar, so this is necessary. In detail, because each beam protrudes half a small unit, there are only short pillars for the stable with four pillars. For the case of dividing into three equal parts and two equal parts, a total of nine equal parts, it is one large unit, and other cases are similar. For the two-part door, there are two sizes, large and small, and two-thirds of a small unit. From above it, a beam is placed at the end of the wall (protrusion). These two short pillars are also the support of the beam. From above the beam, a crossbeam is laid, thereby building the top of the eaves. The reason why short pillars and these beams are not drawn in the drawing is that, in general, the types of roofs 8-70 cannot be drawn.
