Eliminating the three faults of excess, deficiency, and error, and in order to accomplish the four branches of conducive conditions separately, one needs to transform the boundaries of direction, time, intention, objects, and mantra, etc. Although ordinary yoga does not require this, clarifying the form and sound of the mantra's syllables is mantra recitation, clarifying the deity's form and repeatedly meditating is form recitation, and repeatedly remembering that these are emptiness is yoga recitation. Each session must have these. In some cases, it is necessary to fully possess all three. In some cases, it is necessary to possess only one of them. Or two may be combined, or three may be combined, or whatever is appropriate is sufficient, and one should practice according to the guru's instructions, as is appropriate. The method of recitation: First, in order to bless the speech and expel the malevolent ones, recite the four-faced deity slightly. If one does not recite each type of mantra, then recite the one that is appropriate at that time. If one recites the complete garland of mantras, then first recite the root mantra of the father tantra, then recite the root mantra of the mother tantra. Then the heart mantra, then the near-heart mantra, then the near-heart mantra of the heart mantra, then the four yoginis of the heart mantra, then the deities of the three wheels, then the eight gate-corner mothers, and finally recite the armor mantra. Whichever one wants to recite more, one recites that in its respective context. The oral instruction for reciting the father and mother tantras as non-dual is the practice of Phamtengpa and his followers, because the mantra of the yogini is the main one in this tantra, and the tantric words such as "the secret mantra of mutual offering" and "becoming united in union" also clearly show this, so the method of recitation appears supreme. At the beginning of the twelve mothers is Sumba (藏文:སུམྦྷ་), and the eight feet of the hero, these twelve are combined, and in the time of Luipa, Phamtengpa also thought so, although the source comes from the commentary on the Vajrapani praise, but here the rules of the Black Tradition are not adopted, and there are still some key points of oral instruction here, which need to be understood elsewhere. The branches of the rosary, generally the material of the rosary, the number, the method of counting, and the order of blessings, etc., are all different.

should be understood separately. Here, a rosary made of human skulls is blessed according to the ritual, and counted with the left thumb and index finger. In the Abhisamayalankara it says: 'Having taken the great conch rosary, with the left thumb and index finger, one should recite those secret mantras.' If recited in this way, it also becomes part of the left-hand practice. The index finger is wind, and fire also gathers there; the thumb is earth, and water also gathers there; the wind of karma ignites the fire of the navel, causing the soft essence of water and the hard earth bindu to melt. From the melting bliss, great bliss arises, symbolized by the skull rosary. Great bliss measures the indestructible sound mantra, and that symbolic meaning should be understood as such. Third, entering the session break, the armor yoga is: Om Hana Maha Svaha Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), Bo Sa Ta He (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), Hum Hum Ho Phat Ham (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), are the six armors of the warrior. Om Bam (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), Ham Yam (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), Hrim Mom (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), Hrim Hrim Hum Hum Phat Phat (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). The letter Om is in all, it is the armor of the six yoginis.' It is said that the letter Om is added extra, because all twelve have it, so the five of Maha etc. and the five of Ham Yam etc. each have one Om, and the first two of the two groups have an extra Om added, so Om is doubled. Here, the two root mantras of the father and mother tantras, the two heart mantras, the two near heart mantras, and the two armors are called the four jewels, because each of the four pairs is said to have many activities in the root tantra, so it is called that. In the root tantra it says: 'On the earth are the four jewels, the rosary mantra is supreme.' Also, because the approaching of the mandala precedes, one should bind the armor when entering the session break. The approaching here is: although the container and essence have been practiced many times before, ordinary conceptualizations have not yet been abandoned, so attachment to the container and essence arises again. Again, with the light rays of the heart, the container and essence are practiced as the palace and deity, and from the protection wheel to the great bliss wheel, the dependent mandala is absorbed outer and outer, inner and inner, and it is absorbed into oneself. The way the deities are absorbed
