现在如果按照标准的仪轨来做，就稳固了。然后宣说戒律：佛陀、正法和僧伽，皈依三宝。这是令人满意的佛陀种姓，戒律变得稳固。金刚铃杵手印，上师您应当持有。菩提心即是金刚，智慧即是铃，这样宣说。上师您应当持有，与上师、诸佛无别。这是清净的金刚部，说是誓言戒律。对于珍宝部，应当时常在白天和夜晚三次，布施财物、无畏、正法和慈爱，恒常给予四种布施。外、内、秘密三种乘，完全受持神圣的法。这是清净的莲花部，是令人满意的誓言。对于伟大的事业部，具有一切戒律，应当如实地受持。也应尽力进行供养的事业。除此之外还有十四条，已经详细地解释了ཕས་ཕཾ་པར་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。不应舍弃和抛弃，说是根本堕罪。白天和夜晚三次，每天都要学习。何时瑜伽士违犯，就会变成粗大的罪过。您不应杀害众生，不予取也不应拿取，不应邪淫，也不应说谎。应当完全戒除一切烦恼的根源——酒。除了为了众生的利益，一切不应做的事情都应戒除。应当亲近圣者，应当敬奉瑜伽士们。身的三种行为，语的四种行为，意的三种行为，都应尽力守护。不应贪求下劣的乘，不应背弃众生的利益，也不应完全舍弃轮回，不要总是执着于涅槃。对于天和非天的秘密者，您不应轻蔑，手印、坐骑、武器和，标志不应轻视。这些说是誓言，您应当时常守护。相应的广大戒律，在秘密续部中已经如实宣说。这样宣说誓言。上师请听我说，主尊如何教导的，就这样。

Now, if done according to the standard ritual, it becomes stable. Then proclaim the vows: Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, take refuge in the Three Jewels. This is the pleasing Buddha lineage, the vows become firm. Vajra bell and hand seal, the master should hold. The mind of enlightenment is the vajra, wisdom is proclaimed as the bell. The master should hold it, equal to the lama and all the Buddhas. This is the pure Vajra family, said to be the vow precepts. For the Jewel family, always three times during the day and night, give wealth, fearlessness, Dharma, and love, always give the four kinds of generosity. Outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, completely hold the sacred Dharma. This is the pure Lotus family, is a pleasing vow. For the great Karma family, possessing all the vows, should be truly held. Also do the work of offering as much as possible. In addition to that, there are fourteen, which have been explained in detail as ཕས་ཕཾ་པར་（Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning）. Should not be abandoned and discarded, said to be the root downfall. Three times during the day and night, should be studied every day. When the yogi violates, it becomes a gross transgression. You should not kill living beings, should not take what is not given, should not engage in sexual misconduct, and should not lie. Should completely abstain from alcohol, the root of all afflictions. Except for the benefit of sentient beings, all things that should not be done should be abandoned. Should be close to the holy ones, should honor the yogis. The three actions of the body, the four actions of speech, the three actions of mind, should be protected as much as possible. Should not desire inferior vehicles, should not turn away from the benefit of sentient beings, and should not completely abandon samsara, do not always cling to nirvana. For the secret ones of gods and non-gods, you should not despise, hand seals, mounts, weapons, and, signs should not be despised. These are said to be vows, you should always protect them. The corresponding vast precepts, have been truly proclaimed in the secret tantras. Thus proclaim the vows. Master, please listen to me, how the Lord has taught, just like that.

You should not speak this in front of those who have not seen this great mandala. Son, you will break your vows. This is the vajra of vows, this is your vajra of vows. If you say this to someone. Saying this, the head will split. om Today, Vajrasattva himself. Truly enters your heart. If you speak this truth, then. He will immediately split and depart. Hūṃ This is your water of hell. Breaking the vows will burn. Protecting the vows will attain siddhi.
