It has five layers of walls in bluish-green and white, contained within a six-sided Dharma source. In the center of the first mandala is a wheel of various colored dots, with forty-eight lotus petals, at the center of which is the Great Terrifier of the Sun and the sign of time. Outside of that is a blue-black vajra wheel, surrounded by a garland of curved knives. Outside of that is a red-yellow heart wheel, surrounded by a garland of jewels. Outside of that is a white-red quality wheel, surrounded by a garland of vajras. Outside of that is the garment of the auspicious gods of the good aeon. Outside the gate are the eight great charnel grounds located in the sky environment, clockwise from the east: Fierce Wrathful, Dense, Burning Accumulated Skeletons, Fearful Array. Counterclockwise from the Powerful One: Haha Laughing, Glorious Forest, Violent Darkness, Proclaiming the sound of Kili Kili. The eight great trees located in these places are: Śirīśa (शिरीष, śirīṣa, Mimosa tree), Aśvattha (अश्वत्थ, aśvattha, Bodhi tree), Kaṃkala (कंकल, kaṃkala, Skeleton tree), Cūta (चूत, cūta, Mango tree), Nyagrodha (न्यग्रोध, nyagrodha, Banyan tree), Karañja (करञ्ज, karañja, Pongamia pinnata), Latāparśavā (लतापर्श्व, latāparśva, Creeper side tree). The eight directional guardians are: Indra, Yaksha, Lord of the Nagas, Lord of Yama, Lord of the Bhutas, Lord of the Fire-eater, Lord of the Rakshasas, Lord of the Wind. Outside the gate are the eight great charnel grounds located in the fire environment: Killer, All-Terrifier, Great Fear, Terrifier, Expeller, Hater, Mute, Stiffener. The eight trees are: Guyo, Starka, Narila, Sezhé, Bilva, Kyuru, Bijnya, Richa. The eight directional guardian mothers.

In the center of the third mandala is a red fire wheel, surrounded by a chain of various vajras. Outside of that is a white water wheel, surrounded by a chain of skulls. Outside of that is the wheel of wisdom, green or mottled, surrounded by a chain of heads. Outside of that is the garment of the gods of the good aeon. Outside the gate are the eight charnel grounds located in the water environment: the dead child, the eater of leftovers, the unbearable battlefield, all the fangs, the dark smoke, the inner fire, the sound of haha, the great sound. The eight trees are: sandalwood, camphor, nutmeg, cardamom, naga kesar, champak, honeysuckle, the tree of the gods. The eight world protectors are: the sun holding a burning flame, the cool one holding a sword, the son of the earth holding a water knife, the one with mountains holding a long spear, the lama holding a razor, the evil-doer holding a rocky mountain, the son of the sun holding lightning, the non-god head raining down various weapons, all of them with extremely wrathful faces. The eight accomplished beings are: sword, eye medicine, pills, foot ointment, elixir, boots, mercury, those who have obtained underground treasures. In the center of the fourth mandala is the black mind wheel, surrounded by a chain of skeletons. Outside of that is the speech wheel, red, surrounded by a chain of lassos. Outside of that is the body wheel, white, red, and blue in color, completely surrounded by a chain of iron hooks. Outside of that is the garment of the gods of the good aeon. Outside the protective wheel are the eight charnel grounds located in the wind environment: the burning one, the unburned one, the one turned into pieces, the unrotted one, the terrifying one, the one who causes terror, the one pierced by a clear stake, the one hung from above. The eight trees are: silk-cotton tree, ashoka tree, acacia tree, udumbara tree, domberi, gambhari, Chinese fir, pomegranate. The world protectors are the eight great hell guardians. Thus, each level of the immeasurable palace contains three levels of wheels, twelve wheels in total, each with thirty-six spokes.
