All also have blue bodies and faces of garudas. The first two hands hold a vajra and a bell. In the east of the speech wheel, in Kamarupa, is Amguri. The mother is on the moon seat, and the others are on the sun seat. From the light rays of the HUM (ཧཱུཾ་) syllable in one's own heart, invite the wheel of wisdom, Phet (ཕཻཾ). Jah Hum Bam Hoh (ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ), dissolve into non-duality. Om Yoga Shuddha Sarva Dharma Yoga Shuddho 'Ham (ༀ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ།). Again, radiate light and invite the deities of empowerment. Phet (ཕཻཾ). I beseech all the Tathagatas to grant me empowerment. Having prayed thus: Just as at the time of birth, the gods bathed [the Buddha], with pure divine water, so do I bathe [the mandala]. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Ta Samaya Shriye Hum (ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།). Thus speaking, grant empowerment. The body is filled. From the residue of the pure water overflowing upwards, the chief deity is Akshobhya, the mother is Vairochana, for those of the Great Bliss Wheel, Ratnasambhava, for those of the Mind Wheel, Akshobhya, for those of the Speech Wheel, Amitabha, for those of the Body Wheel, Vairochana, and for those of the Samaya Wheel, Amoghasiddhi adorns the head. Om Shri Chakra Sambhara Mandala Bhyaḥ Vajra Argham Ah Hum (ༀ་ཤྲཱི་ཙཀྲ་སམྦྷ་ར་མཎྜལ་བྷྱཿ བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་) up to Shapta, offer the outer offerings. Into the mouth of the Great Vajradhara, Om Ah Hum (ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།). Into the mouth of Vajrayogini. Into the mouth of the Fortunate and Excellent One. Into the mouth of the Excellent Life of Beings. Into the mouth of Mahabodhi. Into the mouth of Lama Samten Ozer. Into the mouth of Gugé Pandita. Into the mouth of Sonam Lhundrup. Into the mouth of Jetsun Kunga Drolchok. Into the mouth of the Root Lama, the Great Vajradhara Lhawang Drakpa, Om Ah Hum (ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།). Offer the mandala with the essence of all the deities. Also offer the Anuraga, the offering of attachment. Praise with the eight feet of the Father and Mother. Manifest the wheel of the mandala as bliss and emptiness, and remain in equanimity. If you wish to meditate on the Completion Stage, meditate at this time. Having clarified the recitation of the wheel, or the recitation of expanding and contracting, perform the recitation. For the extensive mantra garland, abandon the twenty-four heroines, and otherwise it is similar to Luipa. The essence of the recitation is: Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat (ༀ་ཧྲཱི་ཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།). One should diligently strive on these seven syllables. The basis of the recitation is: from the reddish-white HUM (ཧཱུཾ་) syllable abiding on the moon in the navel, doing it in accordance with the outgoing and incoming breath is the oral instruction. Finally, I beseech that all the Sugatas, with their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, bless [me].
