It is clearly indicated by saying "drive the stakes." As the Zhang Zhung translation says, "the top of the stacked skulls is high and terrifying," it also indicates this. Although I have not seen it, some holy people have seen it. In the ritual of Lila Vajra, it is also said: "Round, nine-eyed, adorned with garlands of dry and wet skulls." It is said that there is such a statement. Also, are you referring to the tantra of Krodha Vijaya when you say "taking the skull"? If so, there is no word showing the skull palace there at all. Did you see it in your dream? Some people cannot see what exists, but see what does not exist, how strange! In the central square, on the wind mandala is a corpse without a head, arms, or legs. On top of that, from Pam (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Pam) emanate various lotuses, possessing a thousand petals. In the eight squares, the east is the head, the south is two hands, the west is intestines, the north is two feet, the southeast is a skull, the southwest is a skull forest, the northwest is a shroud, and the northeast is a man pierced by a bright wooden stake. On top of these, the east is a lotus moon, the south is a lotus sun, the west is a sun without light on a lotus, the north is a wind mandala on a lotus, and the four corners are lotus moon cushions. On the eastern god banner, to the right of the door are a curved knife, a short-handled axe, and a stake, and to the left are a water knife, a kanaya, and an iron hook. On the southern god banner, to the right are an axe, an arrow, and a khatvanga (Tibetan: ཁ་ཊཱཾ་ག, Sanskrit Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṭvāṅga, Chinese literal meaning: khatvanga), and to the left are a staff, a wheel, and a rope. On the western god banner, to the right are a vajra, cymbals, and a shield, and to the left are a bow, a bell, and a wind banner. To the right of the northern door are a threatening mudra, a trident, and an oxhide, and to the left are a hammer, a spear, and a hearth. The east door is a hammer, the south door is a staff, the west door is a lotus, and the north door is a sword. These four exist in a lying position, and on top of them are lotus and sun cushions. In the four corners, a black zombie with three heads, three hands, and three feet is dancing, or it is also fine to meditate on two hands, the right hand raising a mudra, and the left hand making a mudra at the heart. On the central cushion, starting from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) transforming into a moon, and then from Dhih (Tibetan: དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धीः, Sanskrit Romanization: dhīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Dhih) transforming into a sword, it becomes nine-pointed, with horns raised, radiating light, and marked with Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at the center. From that, the Tathagata begins, raising a curved knife marked with a vajra, holding a skull filled with blood in front of the heart, and embracing the consort.
