That instruction is: The complete stage, the three-layered hero mind. That is: The samadhi hero mind in the center of the recitation wheel, Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) itself. The dissolving bindu, if blood is dominant, is white; if air is dominant, it is red; if balanced, it is said to be reddish-white, but in reality, it is reddish-white. Its light gradually pervades the periphery, illuminating the entire mandala like raising a lamp in a dark room. Then, gradually, gradually, it is absorbed into Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and the mind is focused on it for a long time. That should also be meditated on repeatedly with stability. Again, expand it as before, then gather everything and dissolve it into the mouth of the buffalo. Again, expand and visualize clearly. Do this until the clear appearance is obtained, that is, holding the mind in the vastness. 8. Again, expand as before, everything dissolves into light and merges into the self-nature. One's own wisdom hero mind, that is the samadhi hero mind, that is Nada, contracted to the extremely subtle. If the mind can rest on that, then it also rests on the edge of being free from vanishing, which is to train in the profound. 9. Again, expand in an instant and rest in the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, which is to train in union. 10. Those are in accordance with the wisdom feet, and mostly they are meditated on more in the Avadhūti. The meaning of the so-called buffalo mouth is, meditating on the horns is visualizing the sun and moon stacked in the navel, on which are stacked eight faces of the buffalo, and in the tip of any horn on the top, holding the mind on the subtle line of Nada, and repeatedly meditating that all dharmas are free from elaboration. 11. In the yoga of the erect sign, the way the yogi meditates is, in the empty space of the navel of the rainbow body deity, a black Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), below it a red Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:Āḥ), holding the vase breath. If the lower air rises up, it dissolves into the two letters. From those two letters, two lights, red and black, emerge from the nostrils like lightning, and all appearances become clear. Resting the mind on the two letters from the previous path. Holding the mind on the seed. 12. All appearances of the two lights are gathered into self-dissolution. One's own letter is gathered between the Nadas, holding the mind on the increasingly subtle Nada. Holding the mind on Nada. 13. From this, the wind mind can be made workable, and the erect sign is meditated on by relying on the seal from the path of desire. 14. Bindu stopping, called the erect sign, the coming of air is pleasure, going is suffering, the cessation of flow is equanimity, external causes are internal.

Without alteration, conceptual thoughts naturally cease. With the cessation of elaboration, focus the mind on the space between those two. In an uncorrected manner, be astonished, with mind, eyes, and breath gathered at the tip of the nose. Blissful wisdom arises spontaneously; where does the bindu self-extinguish? The sphere is like a net. 15. Meditative thoughts are like melting butter, and the meaning of a milky tree dripping is similar to what appears below. First, connect to the lower gate and draw out the essence of the mudra. Second, the essence of the tree is the central channel, so meditate on what arises within the central channel. Using ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: हं) instead of བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: वं) is a characteristic of this school. These are in accordance with bliss and joy, etc. 16. The three stacked heroes of clear light are like the object of recitation, without meditating on the garland of mantras. Meditate on the wisdom hero at the navel-heart within the central channel as desired. Meditate on the after-effect of the light of ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: हूं). The upper practitioners do not have a clear explanation of meditating on the transference of Yamantaka. The later ones and the poor ones meditate on a single syllable. Some later scholars created the Sambhuti system, but all of that is not taught in this tantra. It is not written here because it is not the actual completion stage. The profound secret instruction of the poor lama, the mind-holding at the sharp point: In the heart of the self-hero residing in the white Dharma source, the causal Manjushri resides on a white lotus, a mass of light, within the clear, sharp, and pointed blue horn, a white bindu shines. From that, a stream of bindus arises, merges into one at the throat, and dissolves from the crown of the head of Manjushri in the heart. Focus on the body and mind being pervaded by bliss. The white light of bodhicitta bliss arises upwards from the increasing lingam, covering the outside of the body as well. Touching all sentient beings, it transforms into the nature of bliss. Rest the mind on the clear, shining self-deity body, like a drop of mercury. 17. Walking at night means the clear appearance of Yamantaka at all times, and when pride is strong, even for a moment, it is just the self-arising of clarity and emptiness. Apart from that, abide in the nature of aimlessness. At night, be naked, holding a knife and skull. Focus intently on the tip of the nose. Walk about seven steps with firm pride. Whatever conceptual thoughts arise, decide to be without elaboration.
