At the apex, immeasurable mandalas manifest, pervading all realms in the ten directions. Upon reaching the presence of the Buddhas, they dissolve into the bindu of bodhichitta. Entering the mouths of the Buddha-parents, nectar of wisdom is taken from their hearts. They arise in the vajra of the father and the lotus of the mother, and upon returning from the secret path, they gather here. The father's nectar enters from one's right nostril, and the mother's nectar enters from the left nostril. They dissolve into the root bindu, and one contemplates that bindu as having a white and red radiance, blazing with great light. By meditating on these, impure appearances are prevented, and signs of example luminosity arise, such as trembling and madness, and various coarse impurities of the skandhas and elements are purified, and the wisdom of joy is attained. Secondly, non-conceptual refers to slightly relaxing the fundamental focus as a brief preliminary. By placing the mind's attention in the heart and abiding without conceptuality, the realization appearances based on the bindu, abiding in limitless appearances, this is the first focus. From this, the wisdom of emptiness becomes the main appearance, and meditating in the navel is like illusion, in the crown, bliss arises, and in the throat, clear wisdom arises. By this, the winds of the subtle channels dissolve, and by this, the bindus are guided to gather, and the great fundamental winds also gather in the central channel, this is the meaning represented by the symbols of training, gathering, and urging. Thus, the bindu in the heart is the one true great focus, which contains six or ten focal points. There are three great focuses for extracting essence, and altogether, the four great focuses contain nine or fourteen focal points. Secretly, the jewel bindu, the yoga of supreme joy. Secondly, it is divided into the actual focus and the ultimate accomplisher. The first part is further divided into conceptual and non-conceptual. The first is: as before, meditate on the bindu in the heart, briefly recalling the previous training, gathering, and urging. Through the circumstances of combining with the actual vidya or wisdom mudra, the fire that arises subsequently causes the bindu in the heart to burn and melt, dividing into three parts. Passing through the paths of rising, descending, and the central channel, it descends to

It descends from the wheel of existence and into the summit of the Vajra Jewel. The hand symbol of one's own deity, namely the vajra or the blue sword, from being blue becomes the size of a sesame seed on the hilt, from (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) or (Tibetan: མཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मं, Sanskrit Romanization: maṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Mam) a blue or reddish-yellow mustard seed-sized drop arises, hold the mind strongly to it, and do one round of visualization. 5-822 Meditate on the main deity in the center of the drop, and also meditate on the palace, and also meditate on the retinue deities. In the heart of that main deity, meditate on the three-layered mind hero, and meditate on the samadhi hero dissolving into a drop. And again, in the center of that drop, meditate on the main deity, and meditate on the palace, and meditate on the retinue deities. And again, in the heart of that main deity, meditate on the three-layered mind hero, the samadhi hero dissolving into a drop. These are nine rounds of visualization. Or, here, by abandoning the two visualizations of the retinue and the palace, it can be done as five. For beginners, the way to abandon the visualization of the retinue and the palace is the same in the following sections. Secondly, the non-conceptual yoga is also similar to the previous one. After performing the conceptual one once as a preliminary, one remains in non-conceptual samadhi on the jewel for a long time. The second part includes: meditating on dispelling obstacles and separation from joy, and meditating on the three branches of enhancement. The first is: previously meditating on the drop on the jewel, because the position is low, the mind may become dull. The drop being too small and the light shining, etc., may also cause agitation. Whatever fault of dullness or agitation arises, by the mind's focus, extend that drop outwards, and hold the mind strongly on it residing on the tip of the lotus of the Wisdom Mother. Rising from supreme joy, the wisdom of separation from joy arises, therefore one should meditate on the bliss-emptiness that is focused on that. To eliminate dullness and agitation, again draw that drop to one's own lower nostril. As before, by doing purification, gathering, and urging three times, supreme wisdom will arise. In the aspect of non-conceptuality, the signs appear from the jewel and radiate outwards, and then by drawing in that very wind strongly, the signs should appear within the body. 5-823 The second part includes: the branch of stopping breath and emptiness, the branch of holding the signs, and the branch of deity appearance and recollection, these three. The first is: as before, meditate on the drop on the jewel. The light of the drop
