To do. Thus, in a secluded place of mind, contemplate the four great contemplations, the sixteen contemplation cycles. The order of self-blessing the illusory body. Third, the order of self-blessing the illusory body is divided into two: the samatha illusory body and the post-meditation illusory body. The first is to recognize the nature and to recognize the illusion. The first is: the preliminary practices such as body posture should be done as before, and the mind should not be meditated on whether it exists or not, whether it is or is not, but should be still. Do not look at anything, but be blank. Do not cling to anything, but rest in emptiness. Whatever arises as a manifestation of conceptual thought, recognize what is manifesting. In the state where the manifestation disappears into the dharmadhatu, hold the mind without distraction. If drowsiness or sinking occurs, focus and diligently raise awareness. If agitation or distraction occurs, relax the focus and relax the body and mind. If the first session is good and the second session is bad, or if the beginning of the session is good and the end is bad, relax the effort and meditate as if resting. If the first session is bad and the second session is good, and so on, the opposite is true, then the application is weak, so from the beginning to the end of the session, maintain a moderate degree of tension and relaxation, and {be able to [be able to] abide and practice in the natural state without fabrication. At this time, the signs of the dissolution of earth, water, fire, wind, and light will also appear, and from this, the example light will arise, so it should be maintained for a long time. Second, the object of contemplation, the limbs of contemplation, and the enhancement of contemplation are divided into three. The first is: after a little experience has arisen on the previous basis, practice as before, and when the stage of example light is reached, extend it. Finally, recognize the clarity of the mind, and then in an instant, visualize it as the form of Vajradhara. There, recognize the state of appearing as a deity form without clinging, and maintain it. The second is: both those with wheels and those without wheels are gathered between the nadis, and the appearance of the nadis is directly transformed into the deity form. Visualize the three-layered mind as the form of (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and transform it into the deity form. In the great bliss of the lower gate, transform the inexpressible experience of great bliss into the deity form through contemplation, making it appear clearly. Third, the enhancement of contemplation is: hang a painted image sitting in a circular halo at your heart or in front of your forehead, and visualize its form.

Just as it appears in a clear mirror, focus your mind single-pointedly on the heart of the image, without distraction, and look clearly. Only the image appears clearly. The fine hairs are clear, and it seems to spread as if broken off. What is unclear returns naturally, becoming completely dark. The awareness in which nothing appears is clear and bright, like the light of an example. In that state, experiences and appearances arise clearly, the conventional truth is the illusory body. For all of this, do not merely dwell on remembering names and meanings, but repeatedly look and meditate in a state free from thinking and conceptualizing, in the manner of recognizing your own nature. Regarding the section on meditative illusion, in this way, there are seven points of focus. Second, subsequent illusion. Appearances are illusion, dreams are illusion, the bardo is illusion. The first of these three is again divided into three. First, the root of the focus is in all the intervals between sessions, and also during the sessions, in all the times of resting naturally. Make all outer appearances equal. From good and bad forms to soft and rough sensations, praise and blame, happiness and suffering, know that all appearances are not real but like illusions. Through this, keep whatever appears equally great. Without distinguishing between good and bad, accepting and rejecting, understand equality. Second, to enhance its power, practice through impure illusion and practice through pure illusion. The first of these two is: Place a mirror in front of yourself. Allow your image to appear in it. Then, imagine making various offerings and praises to the image from the right. Imagine making various criticisms and beatings from the left. Or, if there is a qualified Dharma friend, have them actually make praises and criticisms, etc. The image has no liking or disliking. If it remains in your mind, since the object is not truly established, cut off the clinging to reality by knowing that the subject is mistaken. Then, take the image out of the mirror. Place it between yourself and the mirror and do as before, then let it dissolve into yourself. Think of yourself as like the image, and do as before. Then all appearances will become illusory appearances. However, if you still feel a little attachment, practice all appearances of objects, especially those that are the main objects of attachment and aversion, as illusions. Similarly, recognize it in your own mind.
