The path of transformation, The path to enlightenment in the bardo, the path to enlightenment through rebirth. Firstly, there are relying on the body of others and relying on one's own body. The instruction for the first is similar to mental isolation, 5-765 but here, at the peak of the jewel, the innate wisdom is manifested, and then the bodhicitta dissolves into the heart, and the bliss-emptiness luminosity is meditated on for a long time. In this case, the instruction for dissolving into the heart is to focus on oneself and the consort, both entering luminosity through the two contemplations. Secondly, there are the luminosity of equipoise and the luminosity of sleep. Of these, firstly, there are meditating on the two contemplations separately and meditating on them together. Of these, firstly, there are the retention and the subsequent dissolution. The retention of the body vajra is: Meditate on oneself as the sambhogakaya Vajradhara, as in the state of the illusory body. Then, in an instant, the nirmanakaya, the illusory body, the body vajra, with three faces, white, black, and red, and six hands. The right hands hold a wheel, a vajra, and a white lotus. The left hands hold a bell, a jewel, and a sword. At its heart is a white OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable representing the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas). From it, light radiates. One's own body, clear as a vajra, dissolves into light and merges into the OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable representing the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas). The body of the OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable representing the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas) is the head. Then, a bindu. Then, think that it also vanishes. The method of gradually gathering from the periphery to the center is like breathing on a mirror. Meditate on gathering in the center and vanishing. After vanishing in this way, rest the mind in the sphere free from all elaborations, without thinking of anything. Secondly, the retention of the speech vajra is: Meditate on all the aspects of the object of focus as before, but the nirmanakaya, the illusory body, one's own speech vajra, red, red-black, and white, with three faces and six hands. The first of the left hands holds the root of a red lotus with a bell, leaning against the hip, and the first of the right hands opens at the heart. The remaining two right hands hold a vajra and a wheel, and the two left hands hold a jewel and a sword. Meditate on a red AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable representing the speech of all Buddhas) at its heart, and the rest is the same. 5-766 Thirdly, the retention of the mind vajra is: Oneself as the nirmanakaya, the illusory body, the mind vajra, black, white, and red, with three faces and six hands. The right hands hold a vajra, a wheel, and a lotus, and the left hands hold a bell, a jewel, and a sword. Its heart...
