In the remaining meaning that the recitation itself must accomplish, a brief mention is made of the illusory body, clear light, and union. Because everything is related to the vajra recitation itself, it is called the Sequence of Vajra Recitation. The second sequence, the explanation of the text called the Supreme Intent. Now, let's begin explaining the text of the second sequence, called the Supreme Intent. Regarding this, in this very text, it says that it was composed by Śākya Mitra. In the *Compendium of Practices Lamp*, this text is used as a source, so it is clear that this text predates the author of the *Compendium of Practices*. At the end of the Five Sequences, the dedication of merit for composing the texts of the Five Sequences to enlightenment was done by Nāgārjuna himself. If this is not counted, the five sequences of the completion stage texts would not be complete, so it seems that Nāgārjuna himself must have composed it. Also, there are some repetitions of the meaning of the words in this and the preceding and following sequences, so it also seems that the teacher Nāgārjuna did not compose it. Regarding this, some earlier scholars say that Śākya Mitra is also a name of the teacher Nāgārjuna, and that the noble Vajradhara is Sarahā himself. Some say that although it was composed by Nāgārjuna himself, because he was very pleased with his disciple Śākya Mitra, he included the disciple's signature. Others say that Śākya Mitra composed all the texts of the Five Sequences and presented them to the teacher, and the teacher made many revisions to the other sequences, so they became Nāgārjuna's compositions, but this one did not need revision. Śākya Mitra is also considered to be the author of the commentary that compiles this, *The Ornament of Kosala*, and there are various opinions as to whether they are the same person or not. Some later scholars think it is more reasonable that the first part of the text was composed by the noble one, and the supplementary part was composed by Śākya Mitra. In this way, the quotation of this text in the *Compendium of Practices* and Nāgārjuna's dedication of merit for all five sequences are not contradictory, because the first part of the text was composed by Nāgārjuna. There are some repetitions with other sequences, and the noble Vajradhara at the end is Nāgārjuna, and especially, Śākya Mitra's dedication of merit is also not contradictory, because the text of the
