The wind of the four goddesses, the wind of the limbs, the hero and heroine, and the pervading wind, the wrathful deities, male and female, etc., are meditated upon as the form of the Buddha himself. The suchness of mantra, its meaning is represented by symbols, which is called symbolism. The ultimate truth is suchness, which is said to be the nature of mantra. So if the meaning of mantra is suchness, and the symbol also represents that meaning, wouldn't it become one? Some consider breathing in and out, and ultimate reality, free from elaboration, as distinct, but here, the way of explaining the four, or the way of determining them, must be explained in such a way that they fall into one object of meaning, so it is not good to make the difference a separate basis. Therefore, although the meaning represented by the symbol and the nature of the ultimate truth are the same, the former is explained from the perspective of the connection between symbol and meaning, and the latter is the difference explained from the perspective of the ultimate truth alone, without relying on symbols. Among the four extensive explanations, if based on the collection of mantras with explanations, then the first of the letters, 5-311 the single short 'a', although it is located in the center of the letters of the nine groups, which letter is not bound by the ten groups of letters? The letter 'a' itself cannot be destroyed or differentiated by the ten groups, which is called the letter of no bondage and no liberation. Knowing the nature of the all-pervading short 'a' is the place of supreme accomplishment. The sixteen vowels and the thirty-two consonants, following the nine numerical groups, each consonant joins different vowels, as well as stacked letters, variants, phonetic changes, and tonal distinctions, etc., the endless post-added letters are all controlled and bound by the short 'a' letter. 'A' is their life, and they help 'a', and through the way of transformation, they correctly combine with each other. Whoever knows this symbolic meaning will become the teacher of beings—the Buddha. Regarding the method of counting the nine groups, in some commentaries, although vowels are divided into long vowel groups and short vowel groups, in the commentary on the Five Stages, Moonlight and its followers, vowels are distinguished as if nasal letter groups were listed separately.

It seems so. When divided into ten groups, on top of that, for the four types of tongue root sounds and labial sounds with tonal distinctions, the name "Other-born category" is added. Here, the number nine and "in the center of nine" do not refer to explaining the nine divisions of scripture, but rather the literal meaning. Śrāddhākaravarman's many explanations related to the four methods are also just elaborations. However, the example or symbol is determined based on the mandala of Ālākāla (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལ་ཀཱ་ལ །, Sanskrit Devanagari: आलाकाल, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ālākāla, Chinese literal meaning: Ālākāla), which is the basis for collecting mantras. The short A syllable in the center is universally applied, and the meaning it symbolizes is: the initial clear light, 5-312 The sole wind-mind, namely the five aggregates and four elements, that is, in the center of the nine, pervades in the manner of the law of life. Although the manifestation of the essence of these aggregates and elements, namely the ten winds and the cycle of conceptual thoughts, deludes and binds all beings, liberation is attained if one realizes the reality that the mind of clear light is not tainted or bound by it. Following the nine aggregates and elements, the inner channels, winds, and bindus, the outer places, body, enjoyments, and immeasurable things, are all produced by the power of the vowel-clarity nature of the channels, decay, single, element, essence, blood, wind, rising, and descending. All of these are bound by the mind of clear light, that is, abiding in its own nature, just as clouds abide in the sky. Liberation is also attained by whoever realizes the correct connection and mutual combination of these phenomena and suchness. These must be firmly remembered. Extracting three letters from that is: arising from within the vowels, the long Ū (Tibetan: ཨཱུ།), which perfectly corresponds to the number six at the end of five, and with the moon-light following, such as transforming the beginning into the first of the end, like reciting, namely part, that is, the first short A (Tibetan: ཨ།) of the vowels, and A (Tibetan: ཨཿ) with a tseg-drag accent, which is located at the sixteenth. The fifth letter Ma of the fifth consonant group Pa is also in perfect correspondence. Also, from the literal meaning of "the end of arising," it is also implied that the last hot letter Ha located at the end, just as it is explained from other connections, it seems that it also needs to be added. The four letters are A (Tibetan: ཨཿ) with a tseg-drag accent, from the perspective of the tseg-drag accent, it is only a part of the letter, not the whole, and from the perspective of A, because it is the first and only one, so separately
