La. The other shore of the letter A, Seeing the letter U, it becomes O. The other shore of the letter U itself is eliminated, and the two letters A are Similar and alike. The former becomes long, and the latter is eliminated. The silent letter Ha is drawn on top of the long A U, and the silent letter Ma becomes the sound of Ang afterwards. Finally, the dependent silent letter Ha also becomes a separator, taking this as an example. Inside, the life force and the upward-moving and downward-cleansing winds, that is, the three winds, And the two bindus of the crown chakra and the heart chakra, are said to be made into the same taste. The power of the crown chakra's bindu also makes the pervasive wind rise. The downward-cleansing power of the anus Can also be understood as being the same as the fire of the navel chakra. When ascending, the red color of the throat's tummo is also shown. Therefore, its power must also be understood as the navel's tummo. Regarding the method of combining the three-syllable winds in this tantra, even the greatest masters of Tibet and China Have various explanations, but it must be explained in accordance with the teachings of the noble ones. When the wind enters, it touches the (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning)ཧཾ, हम्, haṃ, Hang of the crown chakra, so it strives to make the part of bliss descend. Then, the clarity of the power of the throat's fire wind, and The emptiness and non-conceptuality of the heart chakra are meditated upon in a way that merges into one taste. When abiding, luminosity arises from the power of the throat and navel Tummo, and by mixing with the downward-cleansing tummo, the bliss of contracting the previously descended bindu arises, and non-conceptuality is dominated by the indestructible heart. This is how the samadhi of the abiding wind manifests. When going out, the luminosity of the burning downward-cleansing tummo mixes with the throat's tummo, Therefore, it becomes powerful and ascends with a slight melting bliss, and the 5-293 Non-conceptuality arising from the indestructible heart is the meaning of the arising of wisdom adorned in various ways. This is the Samadhi arising from the outgoing wind. Thus, when (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning)ༀ, ओम्, oṃ, Om enters, the part of bliss is the main thing. When (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning)ཨཱཿ, आः, āḥ, Ah abides, non-conceptuality is the main thing. When (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning)ཧཱུཾ, हुं, hūṃ, Hum goes out, the part of luminosity is the main thing. The symbolic meaning of the collection of mantras of the three letters is like that. If the wisdom of speech solitude arises in the continuum, it will Arise in this way. In general, the main one of the three vajras is the mind vajra, therefore, in the Kalachakra and others, The mind's

The seed syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) abides and is combined with it, and the actual indication of the rosary also agrees with it. However, in many texts such as this treatise, the main practice is to have the syllable Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, literal Chinese meaning: 阿) abide and combine with it, because, in general, the mind is the main thing, but in the case of purifying speech, speech is the main thing. In general, the term "vajra recitation" is a general term, specifically referring to those yogis who do not block with strong wind force and equally apply the arising, entering, and abiding of the three. This is mostly known among those who have suchness within. That is just a reputation, but if there is no combination with the inner suchness, even if the arising, entering, and abiding of the three are equal, it will not become vajra recitation. If, as mentioned above, one meditates with the inner suchness as the path, then meditating on any wind yoga such as vase-like, atom-end, full, and stiff, is vajra recitation. Because one knows that suchness, even the wind that abides in the conduct of the session is vajra recitation, then why are those not? Therefore, all wind yogas are vajra recitation. The vajra recitation mentioned in this treatise also refers to this alone, and not to the near-practice vajra recitation that is commonly praised in the generation stage for training the channels and pathways. Therefore, if the term vajra recitation appears, thinking only of the near-practice and then asserting with great effort that other practices such as vase-like are superior because of it, is a fault of not understanding the meaning and a fault of falling into sectarianism, possessing these two faults. Secondly, how to accomplish that meaning with the instructions of the three tips of the nose: When only a resemblance of the suchness of vajra recitation becomes manifest, directly experiencing it in a non-conceptual way only occurs after the wisdom of speech isolation arises. Before that, it is combined with the experience of practice in the manner of faith-meditation. If one distinguishes such a situation, there are three. The first is the practice of light-drop: The so-called light-drop is the name of the breath that flows in and out, and it is done through the nostrils, the gate of arising and entering, so it is called meditating on the tip of the nose, but it is not necessary to fix the attention inside the tip of the nose.
