Secondly, as stated in this very tantra, during the yoga of conceptualization, one meditates on subtle bindus, as stated in the third chapter: "If the jewel becomes stable, then joy arises," and so on. The sixth chapter says: "Like the color of a blue lotus, especially with five tips, diligently like a barley grain, visualize it on the tip of the nose. Like the size of a chickpea, with eight petals and pistils, know that this is on the tip of the nose, and through meditation, one will incline towards enlightenment." As it is said, like the secret tip of the nose, visualize letters, hand symbols, and so on. When the meditation becomes stable, because there is the lower end of the conventional central channel in that place, the wind of the 'ro rkyang' enters there, and through the stages of abiding and dissolving, the burning and dripping of subtle channels other than the central channel arise. Gradually becoming accustomed to this, eventually a little wind and bindu enter the lower end of the central channel, and the experience of bliss and emptiness is repeatedly drawn and accustomed to. At the very least, one needs to accomplish a slight clear appearance of at least one deity or more, which is the cause of body isolation. Like the sadhana of Hevajra, such as that which comes from Padmasambhava, along with the generation stage, meditating on the tummo of the four chakras, etc., does not require such a subtle bindu as mentioned above. Therefore, the subtle bindu is a symbol for generating uncommon bliss, and various different objects of focus also arise. Although the bliss at this time is very subtle, in relation to it, parts of three or four appearances arise. Although not all self-nature conceptualizations cease, only a small part of self-nature conceptualization dissolves. How is body isolation generated from that cause? Through becoming accustomed to both deity appearance and bliss, through seed syllables, hand symbols, or tummo, or action seals, etc., while accomplishing bliss, until there is the effort of conceptualization, while focusing on internal and external objects of focus, when one awakens from the non-conceptual bliss, one should cultivate the aspiration to appear as the deity's form without being interrupted by other conceptualizations. Eventually, the mind abides in bliss in a non-conceptual manner for a moment, and when arising from that, generate the conceptualization of effort.

Therefore, it is not necessary. The deity arises spontaneously. At that time, although non-conceptualization is directly realized, there is still a residue of non-conceptualization, and the essence of bliss vanishes. The deity and bliss arise in union. In the actual stage of the subtle and coarse generation phase, if there is no actual cause, that is, the activity of conceptual thought, then it is impossible to arise all at once from non-conceptualization. Even if one can arise from non-conceptualization, 5-250 because one has not obtained uncommon bliss, there is no reason to arise from that. Even if one arises, it is only a manifestation of non-conceptualization, and bliss and the deity will not be united. But here, these will arise. In general, one should consider whether this body isolation should be classified as the generation phase or the completion phase. The difference between it and the well-known subtle and coarse generation phases lies in this. In this way, even if one cannot generate more than one deity, if one can do it, one can realize the stages of body isolation. If one must generate through the activity of conceptual thought, even if one can contemplate countless mandalas, it is the actual generation phase, not body isolation. Therefore, even if the yoga of conceptual thought reaches its culmination and one can freely unfold and gather many mandalas, one still needs to practice for a long time to be able to effortlessly manifest the bliss-emptiness deity. Although one can manifest many mandalas during the effortful phase, in this phase where one must manifest effortlessly, there are also cases where one cannot generate a single deity. If one's faculties are very sharp, then the number of manifestations here may be more than in the effortful phase. For people with medium faculties, apart from the difference in the way of generation, the number of manifestations may be the same. Therefore, some people think that once one has gained stability in the yoga of conceptual thought, there is no difficulty in learning a hundred kinds of body isolation. If one feels difficulty, it is because one has not followed the definite order of the generation-completion phase, but has skipped the stages, which is a fault of self-conceit. But in general, skipping stages does not become a fault in many cases, and for the current person, skipping stages is absolutely necessary. Third is the classification: From the Uttaratantra: "That nature is said to be fivefold, secret is said to be threefold, the supreme deity is the great secret, the noble family is eightfold." 5-251 Following these, the body of the eight noble families
