. If the clear light attained through mental isolation can obstruct, then the wisdom of the ultimate continuum beyond the path of seeing is even more powerful. Why can't it obstruct the body of union in the path of learning at that time? Therefore, the cyclic dharmas on the impure illusory body are faults, so it is reasonable to abandon them with the light of meaning. What is the need to abandon only the nature and lineage of the body itself? Furthermore, it would also lead to the conclusion that the main object to be abandoned by the path of seeing is the illusory body. If this is accepted, then the main object to be abandoned by the path of seeing does not exist in the ordinary beings' continuum, and it would become newly cultivated by the path of meditation. Therefore, as it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: "The form with faces and hands, Offering bliss to the formless, Therefore all beings are born together, The nature of being born together is the expression." As it is said, the nature of reality that is co-emergent from the beginning, from the aspect of mind, is ultimately the great bliss of mind, and from the aspect of body and speech, it abides as deities and mantras formed from the wind of wisdom. From the aspect of essence, there is no difference between body, speech, and mind. This is the ultimate union to be attained. This union, not to mention the noble ones, exists in all sentient beings in the manner of the nature of reality, but sentient beings are obscured by obscurations, so they do not see it and do not attain it. What appears as a way of obscuring and covering it is that the root of obscuration is the pure consciousness, and it is also the habitual patterns that can give rise to the appearance of grasping and being grasped. There is also a movement of mind that does not fall to any side, which is wind. The nature of wind and mind is one and inseparable. On top of that, it belongs to the category of appearing as the meaning of the realm of dust, but although it is extremely subtle and unobstructed, it is covered by the wind of the sphere of activity. In this way, those things, although their characteristics are very different in the sphere of activity for sentient beings, are mixed together in one form. From that, consciousness and coarse wind arise. Because the dharmadhatu abides in the nature of a mandala, those conventional dharmas that are very close to it also abide in the form of a mandala, because the dharmadhatu is great bliss.

Those are also merely in a state of ease. Like that, those, from the beginning of generating the thought of renunciation, gradually become clearer. Especially, caused by the bliss of ultimate mind isolation, the subtle wind-mind of the conventional deity body, which has the form of a deity body, hidden within the ultimate deity body, actually manifests. The way of residing within and being hidden is like gold being mixed within gold ore. It is not like being absent at the edge and present in the middle. When the light of meaning is obtained, the extremely subtle element of body wind and its three mind appearances are abandoned. Because the coarse ones such as thoughts and the five sense consciousnesses together with wind cease incidentally, the former Dharma nature and pure consciousness, together with the wind of grasping habit, remain in the form of a deity body and bliss, and clearly manifest. This is the union of learning. Furthermore, by meditating on the path, that consciousness and the wind of habit also become more and more subtle, and finally everything ceases, leaving only the union of Dharma nature. This is the actual union of no more learning, which is never destroyed. The continuum of pure consciousness together with wind, after the place has changed, is also the wisdom that follows that Dharma nature. And the altruistic activity of the person who has attained Buddhahood is also the object itself that has the ability to arise whenever needed. From the second moment onwards, that will also dissolve. Thus, the union of Dharma nature will never cease. The deity body of pure consciousness will also continue uninterrupted from beginningless samsara until Buddhahood is attained. The subtle body deity together with the three minds will also not be reversed from beginningless time until before the path of seeing. Until ultimate mind isolation is attained, all of those exist, but although they are not seen, they do not perform bodily activities. But at the time of the illusory body stage, in meditative equipoise, because the obscuration of the coarse body cannot obscure it, the subtle body deity is seen manifestly and very clearly. The body of wind and mind of pure consciousness is also seen in a way that is less clear than the former.
