Because the mind has been fixated on conceptual thoughts for so long, it appears as if it exists, but in reality, it does not. If a yogi realizes that it does not exist, then it will not arise either. Therefore, if one practices conduct, this impure body will dissolve into purity, and death will not occur. Since death does not occur, one will not take rebirth in the bardo or a new life. If one does not practice conduct, this coarse body will not dissolve like a rainbow into the realm of purity. However, at the time when the mind of death arises, if the wisdom that realizes all phenomena as emptiness arises, then one will realize that death, bardo, and rebirth are non-existent. Therefore, these will not occur for that person, just like waking up is like a dream. If one realizes non-existence once, but then the thought of clinging to existence arises again, will rebirth and so on occur? Answer: The way of realization that is integrated with reality will never degenerate. If one sees in the relative world that those with firm beliefs are reborn in other places, then direct realization is a million times more powerful than that. The wisdom that is integrated with reality cannot degenerate, because reality cannot change, and the wisdom has also become one with reality. Keep this in mind, otherwise it will not be a valid reason. It is necessary to apply many supporting scriptures and reasons for the summary of conduct in this way. If one does not understand it in this way, some people sometimes think that this is not a common path of mantra, but they also say that it is the subject directly revealed by the words of the sutras, which is contradictory. Some people think that there is no difference between the path of sutra and tantra, but they contradictorily say that they enter tantra because tantra is profound. Others who believe in sutra conceal it by saying that it is just a convenient quotation of scripture. Still others cite only a few categories of meaning as evidence, and then generally say that if this and this purpose can be achieved, then this will also be achieved naturally. None of these are meaningful. A detailed explanation of this matter will be given elsewhere. Therefore, for a person who has generated the stage of the illusory body in their continuum, at the time of death,

Therefore, it is as if it is impossible not to obtain the stages of the clear light of the completion stage. When the stages of death occur to others, the yogi abandons all that is to be abandoned that belongs to the nature and its appearance, and thus dies. That is, when the intention to generate the mind of death arises, liberation from sorrow occurs, and the true clear light arises. And whatever karma and habitual tendencies that will be born also transform into the cause of the illusory body of conventional truth. The so-called "abandoning the ordinary aggregates" is the name for the state where the coarse body is left untransformed. What was said earlier as "suchness" refers to having obtained the illusory body and having the stages of clear light under control. The so-called "gradually arise" is to generate a firm mind. Here, some people think that at the time of entering the true clear light, one should arise as the deity body of union simultaneously with the awakening of the clear light, meaning to repeatedly cast strongly. This seems to be saying that the yogi who realizes the nature of reality must rely on the awakening of conceptual mindfulness, which is very unreasonable. Not only that, but even if only the realization of mental solitude arises, there is no need for such casting at all. Also, the practice of moving awareness out from the heart when about to arise from the clear light is also a laughing matter. 5-595 Therefore, the so-called "should arise" is the name for wanting to obtain the pure illusory body self-blessing. The so-called "thereby firming the mind" means that even if the yogi is very dull, but when the coarse dissolution begins, it is impossible not to obtain the stages of clear light, so from then until the manifestation tends towards the mind of death, one has also practiced the clear light of both the illusory body meditation and arising from it several times, thereby generating a mind that has become skilled and firm, which is the meaning of having obtained the mind. The so-called "contemplating this" also refers to meditating on the state of having integrated the illusory body into clear light, and not contemplating casting. Contemplating entering and arising is contemplating the form of union, and transforming into union by meditating on the form of union is proven by scriptures such as "any thought." The so-called "completely transformed into special" refers to death.
