Thus it is said. This meaning is extensively explained in the Compendium of Practices. Therein, it is said thus: Its sequence is also like this: First, one trains in the thought of the Buddha Vehicle. When any disciple becomes accustomed to the thought of the Buddha Vehicle, at that time, one trains in the samadhi of single-pointed mindfulness in the new vehicle. When one becomes accustomed to the samadhi of single-pointed mindfulness in the new vehicle, at that time, one trains in conceptual yoga. When one becomes accustomed to conceptual yoga, at that time, one will be well established in the samadhi of the first practitioner. When one abides in the samadhi of the first practitioner, at that time, one will enter into the distinctions of the hundred families. When one knows that the body is completely isolated through the distinctions of the hundred families, at that time, one will abide in the samadhi of the body vajra. Having abided in the complete isolation of the body, one enters into the complete isolation of speech through the gate of vowels and consonants. When one knows the life force and effort through the sequence of vajra recitation, at that time, the samadhi of speech vajra will be well established. 5-171 Having abided in the complete isolation of speech, one enters into the complete isolation of mind through the sequence of nature and appearance. When one trains properly in nature and appearance, with the horse of wind thoroughly distinguishing them, just as they are, at that time, one will enter into the samadhi of mind. Having abided in the complete knowledge of the mind just as it is, one will enter into the conventional truth through the twelve examples of illusion. When one enters into the samadhi that is like an illusion, at that time, one will receive the empowerment of the Buddha. When one receives the empowerment, at that time, abiding in the samadhi that is like an illusion, one will enter into the ultimate samadhi through the sequence of the eighteen great emptinesses. When one enters into the ultimate limit through the samadhi of grasping the whole and subsequently analyzing, at that time, all defilements will be completely purified. When, in order to arise through the sequence of wisdom, one manifests complete enlightenment as oneself in the aspect of non-duality in the two truths of self-luminous nature, at that time, one will become accustomed to the perfect samadhi.

Yes. When a yogi dwells in perfect samadhi, he does not need to learn any dharma. Why is that? Because he has already learned well before. Just like a buttocks teacher, he dwells on what is indicated by sound, so he does not need to learn anywhere later. Why is that? Because he has already learned well before. By the power of that previous momentum, it will become manifest. Similarly, dwelling perfectly in perfect samadhi, one does not need to learn anything, because one has already learned well before. His worldly and transcendental siddhis will spontaneously manifest. Similarly, learning the samadhi of the completion stage is also entering gradually, not learning everything at once. Therefore, without the complete solitude of the body, one cannot know the complete solitude of speech. Without the complete solitude of speech, one cannot realize the complete solitude of mind. Without the samadhi of the mind's own nature appearance, one cannot directly realize the conventional truth. Without realizing the conventional truth, one cannot directly realize the ultimate truth. Without the ultimate truth, one cannot directly realize the union stage. The Bhagavan also, seeing the meaning, enters gradually, not learning everything at once. By entering gradually, learning the completion stage, one's own continuum will be completely purified all at once, so it is said. The so-called New Tantra refers to the Tantra that arose later in Jambudvipa, so it is called New. It is not that the Buddhas before Shakyamuni Buddha did not say it, but it is not good to say that the New Tantra was spoken by our Shakyamuni Buddha. Among them, single-pointed concentration refers to obtaining clarity on the gross (objects) from one deity to the mandala wheel. Conceptual yoga refers to the name of obtaining clarity also in the body mandala, the deities of the aggregates and elements, and the mandala visualized in the center of the bindu. Both of these refer to recognizing that although there is clarity, it is identified as obtaining tangible signs.
