Thirdly, the manner in which the wisdom of union arises is as follows: Therefore, from the pure clear light, three wisdoms will arise, possessing the thirty-two marks, endowed with the eighty minor marks, possessing all kinds of excellence, and from then on, one will become omniscient. This means that the clear light of exemplary wisdom transforms, and from the clear light of meaning, which is the direct realization of reality, becoming completely pure, again in reverse order, three wisdoms that are free from inherent existence will arise. Caused by the clear light along with the three appearances, the body of union possesses the thirty-two excellent marks, adorned with the eighty minor marks, and so on. Each of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities possesses all kinds of excellence. One will attain the state of omniscience. This is in accordance with the Buddha, in accordance with the omniscient one, and in accordance with the great Vajradhara, or the state of the small. It is the union of the learner, not the non-learner, because the non-learner is the very nature of clear light. Therefore, it is not contradictory to say that it arises from that. Rising from the clear light and the arising of the three wisdoms, etc., should never be confused. The illusory body, clear light, and union, these three will be explained in detail below, so I will not elaborate here. Fourthly, the reason why the path of Sutra, even if complete, still needs to be supplemented by the path of Tantra is: Shakyamuni Buddha, the Tathagata, desiring to manifest enlightenment, intended to attain Buddhahood through great emptiness. On the banks of the Nairanjana River, he remained in unwavering samadhi. At that time, the Victorious Space Vajra resided like a vessel filled with sesame seeds. To the son of the Victorious One, with cymbals, and in a single tone, he said: This meditation is not completely pure; it will not lead to ultimate attainment. Focus on the supreme clear light, like the face of the sky. Having attained the state of clear light, one will be born into a body of one's own delight. At that time, one will attain the body of Very Joyful Vajra, attaining the supreme dominion over all. Having heard this sound, he then abandoned the unwavering samadhi. Thus, at midnight,

The lotus son aims at that. The body is neither straight nor not straight, Neither exhaling nor inhaling, Neither speaking nor not speaking, The beautiful eyes are neither closed nor open, All is empty, how wonderful! 5-418 The great wisdom is clear and bright. But by the grace of the Lama, Then that will be clearly seen. The past and the future, The three existences that arise in this way, All are seen in an instant. Clarity holds purity, The samadhi of the Vajra Youth, At the time when the dawn appears, Water moon and mirage, etc., Adorned with the qualities of illusion. Having dwelt in the heart of the Bodhi tree, There he subdues all the demons. The Sage of the Shakyas, with true, Supreme wisdom well obtained, For the sake of saving and benefiting beings, He shows that here. He who shows manifest enlightenment, That is called wisdom. Thus it is said. In this regard, in all the Tibetan versions with different translations of the initial words of this passage, it says, "Thus, from the Sutra of Extensive Play," which is said to be present in most Chinese versions as well. This seems to be an early version of the secret assembly holy site in the sacred land of India, which had a small error due to a clerical error. Such cases are common in many other Indian treatises. Therefore, among these words spoken here, there is not a single word in that sutra, so the omitted small words were also added by someone with unclear mind. If the text at this time clearly indicates whether the action is real or merely a display, then it is a display. Then, is it uncertain to show enlightenment only through the path of scripture? It is not so certain, as there are many different ways of showing according to the minds of each disciple. In general, this is the way of showing transformations to the disciples who are to be taught for the sake of tantra in general, and especially for the sake of the unsurpassed. Although it is similar to the summarized introduction and direction, this is the way to guide the path with great desire.
