Avalokiteśvara, with a white body, three faces of white, black, and red, and six arms, adorned with jewels. The three aspects of mind, speech, and body are completely pure, and the three vajras of body, speech, and mind are united. This is the nature of great compassion and emptiness, and the great mudra, which is the mind of enlightenment. Starting from the emanation of light from the "maṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: maṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: mam, Literal meaning: maṃ) syllable in the heart of the front-generated deity, up to "śrī hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: śrī hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: shri hum, Literal meaning: auspicious hūṃ), proceed according to the sadhana ritual, which is the water empowerment. Recite "oṃ vajra ratna mukuṭa abhiṣiñca hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ vajra ratna mukuṭa abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: om vajra ratna mukuta abhishinca hum, Literal meaning: oṃ vajra ratna mukuṭa abhiṣiñca hūṃ) to bestow the crown. With "the vajra empowerment of all Buddhas," etc., bestow the vajra. With wisdom and skillful means, accomplish the unparalleled benefit of beings, and for the purpose of perfecting the acts of offering, bestow the vajra karma empowerment. Recite "oṃ vajra adhi" (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ vajra adhi, Romanized Sanskrit: om vajra adhi, Literal meaning: oṃ vajra adhi) etc., to bestow the name empowerment. Again, to stabilize, recite from the empowerment vajra to "give," and empower with the water of the vase, filling the entire body, purifying all impurities. Recite the three auspicious verses, such as "oṃ phunsam tshogpa" (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ phunsam tshogpa, Romanized Sanskrit: om phunsam tshogpa, Literal meaning: oṃ perfect gathering), and make offerings from argham to shapta. All the empowerment deities residing in the sky also dissolve into the disciple's body, indivisibly. From the remaining water overflowing upwards, the great Vajradhara, the sign of empowerment, adorns the head, and in the heart, a wisdom being identical to oneself arises, and in its heart, a samadhi being is also accomplished. For stable abiding, recite "oṃ supratiṣṭha vajre svāhā" (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajre svāhā, Romanized Sanskrit: om supratistha vajre svaha, Literal meaning: oṃ well-established vajra svāhā), and scatter flowers. Then say this: "Today you are the mandala's acharya, mantra holder, and lineage holder, unanimously affirmed by all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and deities. With compassion for sentient beings, diligently write according to your mandala ritual. Connect the lineage holders with the lineage." The second part is granting permission and explaining its meaning. The first part is granting permission for the eye ointment, reciting "oṃ vajra naitra apahara paṭalaṃ hrīḥ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ vajra naitra apahara paṭalaṃ hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: om vajra naitra apahara patalam hrih, Literal meaning: oṃ vajra naitra apahara paṭalaṃ hrīḥ). Just as the king of ophthalmologists removes the cataracts of the world, the cataracts of unknowing of your child are removed by the Buddhas. The first mirror is: all dharmas are like reflections, clear and pure, without defilement, ungraspable, unspeakable, truly arising from cause and action.

The essence is without location and without place. Thus, understand the nature of all phenomena. Benefit sentient beings in an unparalleled way. However, be born as a son of the protector. Bell empowerment: As the bell is rung, everything is the nature of space. Space also has no nature. By combining with space, everything is revealed as the supreme equality. Bow and arrow empowerment: The bow and arrow arise from the letter HOH (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍). One should be in accordance with all the Tathagatas. So it is said. Then the second mirror: The mirror that arises from the letter A. "Om Vajrasattva Ah" (藏文:ༀ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཨ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrasattva āḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡 班匝 萨垛 阿). Vajrasattva is like a mirror, pure, clear, and without stains. The nature of all Buddhas enters your heart, son. Know that this is the mind of enlightenment, the master of all Tathagatas. From now on, generate the mind of enlightenment. Begin to turn the wheel of Dharma. From today onward, in the world, turn the wheel of the protectors. Without doubt or hesitation, with a mind free from duality, fill the unsurpassed Dharma conch completely everywhere. Always speak to the people with the ritual of mantra practice. By doing so, it is said to benefit the Buddha and repay his kindness. All Vajra holders will always protect you. Empowerment of explaining the emanations of the five families: In all realms of the world, for the benefit of all sentient beings, how to tame the various beings, turn the wheel of Dharma excellently. Likewise, the wheel of Vajra, the wheel of jewels, the wheel of lotus, the various wheels, turn them excellently. Whether it is the time of self-entry or disciple empowerment, because one likes extreme brevity, it is acceptable to place it from the eye medicine up to that point. It is also good to place these subsequent thoughts at the end of the four empowerments. Empowerment for the benefit of sentient beings: Whatever sentient being by nature, however they are tamed, in that way, benefit sentient beings, accomplish it with the purification of attachment and so on. So it is said. Empowerment for meditating and accomplishing siddhis: Every day, also at the three times.
